We are seeking an Associate to join our Global Corporate & Investment Banking - Risk Management team. This role plays a key part within the First Line of Defense's program for assessing and monitoring operational risks, across the product offering of the group.
Key responsibilities:
+ Support the execution of the product risk management framework across wholesale lending, investment banking, and transaction banking products.
+ Leverage reporting tools and maintain risk documentation to support internal stakeholders and senior management.
+ Assist in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risks and controls associated with the products.
+ Develop subject matter expertise in the covered products to assist in horizon scanning for emerging risks.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
+ 1-3 year of relevant experience in banking.
+ Basic understanding of corporate & investment banking and / or transaction banking businesses.
+ Strong analytical, consultative, and investigative skills.
+ Ability to interact with all levels of internal stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with RCSA, control testing and issue management, a plus.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $88K - $111K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Specific Responsibilities:
- Use psychology subject matter expertise to conduct in-depth behavioral analysis through an array of social science tools
- Employ a range of techniques to answer customer requests for information (RFIs) through the lens of behavioral sciences
- Conduct advance target research and development from complex datasets to enhance the customer's mission; inform targeting cycles and operational requirements
- Support development of new initiatives with respect to collection and analysis, including but not limited to information operations campaigns, data science, and empirically-based person tradecraft and training
- Leverage other data sources, including traditional intelligence sources, to enhance behavioral analysis
- Ability to conduct CONUS travel, as required by mission partner (approx. 5%)
Required Education/Experience:
- 6+ years' relevant experience with a Master's or 10+ years' relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience applying psychological constructs and methodologies to DoD / USG mission requirements
- Knowledge of behavioral and personality assessments
- Demonstrated critical thinking and writing skills, including the ability to respond to quick-turn RFIs with limited editorial support
- Experience with the development and execution of projects related to operations or in influence psychology
- Familiarity with the intelligence community and prior experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with performing individual and group target analysis as well as digital attributes to identify unique patterns
- Valid US Passport
- Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility required
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Information Operations and the integration of information-related capabilities. (PSYOPS, MILDEC, e.g.)
- Prior experience working in cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Prior experience supporting hard target activities
- Prior experience in INDOPACOM
- Support to Special Operations Forces, INDOPACOM HQ and/or its service components
- Knowledge of political, military, economic, academic, transnational criminal, information / media, and cultural aspects of malign influence
- Familiarity with Eastern cultural norms and behaviors
- Demonstrated communications skills, including the ability to brief leadership up to and including the SES/GO-FO levels

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Operational Sanitation Associate in our Lancaster, Texas Meat Department.
General Responsibilities:
- This person is responsible for maintaining the sanitation of the Meat processing rooms throughout the production day ( i.e. Meat Receiving, Boning Room and Patty Room)
- Use all proper cleaning procedures to ensure that both In-N-Out Burger and USDA standards are achieved.
- Understand and Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
- Be able to communicate with all associates and supervision to a minimum level required to warn of a dangerous condition.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
- Attention to detail ( Condition of equipment and Cleanliness )
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.50/hourly DOE
- The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors
- Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; some overtime as needed
- 5 days per week (Rotating Schedule)

- Ability to withstand varied weather conditions, such as cold and heat, extreme wet, within closed surroundings
- Will work in cold, damp environments.
- Production room temperatures are as low as 26 degrees Fahrenheit
- Position requires frequent lifting, standing, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling
- Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of surroundings
