Data engineering teams within Delta's Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) division are typically responsible for: curating Single Source of Truth data tables to be used by analytics teams, producing and distributing automated reporting in a modular and scalable manner, leading efforts to transition to modern data and reporting tools, and acting as a center of expertise for efficient data processing and management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models and project development
· Clean and curate datasets?(with input from leaders) by researching new data sources and collaborating with other business units to determine the best source for the data, aggregating views into meaningful hierarchies
· Be familiar with data environments and collaborate to improve automated reports and analyses in support of divisional leaders and business units
· Leverage emerging technologies (with direction of leaders) and proactively identify efficient and meaningful ways to communicate data and analysis that satisfy divisional needs
· Support process improvement and project management engagements for both individual business units and cross-divisional initiatives
· Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
· Have a team first attitude with the success of our team and business partners as the top priority
· Be intellectually curious, ask questions, and speak up when they have an idea

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
· Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns
· Proficiency with Python, SAS or other similar tools and programming languages
· Ability to troubleshoot a reporting database environment with minimal guidance
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requests with varying timelines
· A "can-do", solution-minded approach to complex problems working individually or in a group
· Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
· Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
· Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
· Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

You will be the Military Operations Analysis Manager for the ISR, Advanced Technologies and Classified Programs team in Palmdale, California. Our team is responsible for delivering engagement, mission, theater, and campaign level operations analysis across multiple classified programs for both Lockheed Martin and Department of Defense stakeholders. Our team primarily leverages the Advanced Framework for Modeling, Simulation, and Integration (AFSIM) to develop models, apply military tactics, generate analysis, and deliver decision support material.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
As the Military Operations Analysis Manager you will be responsible for applying your profound analysis-domain knowledge to guide, support, and contribute to the team to achieve analysis goals. Your responsibilities will consist of a 50/50% mix of technical/management duties, including:
- Technical AFSIM analysis, reviewing AFSIM development, providing technical support to analysts, identifying future roadmap requirements to support the ADP portfolio
- External coordination with classified program portfolios within Advanced Development Programs (ADP) and internal coordination across analyst teams in Fort Worth, TX and Marietta, GA
- Interface with the MOA leadership team to ensure integration of analysis efforts and understanding of customer expectations across multiple LM Business Unit programs and portfolios
- Additional job responsibilities include management of the Palmdale OA facilities, MOA networks, software needs, first-line leader duties, and identifying blockers preventing efficient operations for the Palmdale OA team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the general direction of the Chief Engineering Officer and the Assistant Chief Officer, directs the development, management, and control of Subways Engineering Division's annual Operating Budget. Responsible for all personnel administration within the Engineering Division. Directs all Human Resource functions for the Engineering Division. Ensures that all Subways Engineering Division processes and procedures related to the effective management of NYCT contracts are in-place, updated, and implemented. Manage and coordinate all activities associated with the Internal Control Program, as required by New York State. Serve as Property Control Officer to ensure the accurate identification, audit, and distribution of. The Division's fixed assets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* A Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Education, or related field along with ten (10) years of full-time related experience, and five (5) years of supervisory/managerial experience. Satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.
DESIRED SKILLS (includes but not limited to):
* Must exhibit the ability to develop and implement procedures for contract management and engineering performance for contract management, at a variety of organizational levels
* Thorough knowledge of MTA NYCT budget, human resources, and labor relations processes.
