Responsibilities:
- Sort, verify, and pack sets of individual cards resulting from group card breaks
- Pack and ship normal sports card boxes and cases
- Perform fulfillment-related data entry
- Assist in receiving new products from suppliers (as needed)
- Manage inventory systems (as needed)
- Take on additional operational tasks based on performance/experience
Qualifications:
- No industry experience is required, but experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or online commerce is a major plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Sports knowledge is helpful
- Computer literacy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Availability for PM shifts (5:00pm - 11:00pm) and weekends (8:00am - 4:00pm)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a core member of our Local Operations team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of Delivery and Cleaning operations as we scale Rinse Dallas. You will help ensure that customer orders meet our high standards of cleaning quality, are prepared for delivery and are delivered on time by our Valets. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL.

+ Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.
+ Actively participate in weekly merchandising meetings, store meetings and training sessions.

+ Support an engaged customer experience by maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.
+ Assist and support the execution of the store's seasonal and weekly floor plans under the direction of the Assistant Store Leader, Visual and Team Leader, Visual.
+ Maintain awareness and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of computers, systems and programs relevant to the position.
+ Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems.
What you'll bring to the table.
+ Stock, Distribution Center, or retail experience preferred
+ Good reading, written and verbal language skills (English)
+ Organizational and time management skills

+ Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends

Minimum Starting Rate: $17.00 Hourly
Up to: $21.25 Hourly
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
