We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Operations Lead** to join our team at our **Orem, UT** location, developing the Cryogenic Carbon Capture process. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful on-site operation of our innovative technologies and leading operational teams to achieve optimal performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable taking ownership of operational challenges and will drive efficient solutions in a fast-paced environment. **_What Will You Do?_**
+ Provide on-site leadership and technical guidance for the commissioning, start-up, and ongoing operation of Chart's process technologies at customer locations.
+ Lead and mentor on-site operations teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and performance targets.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters at project sites, fostering strong communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
+ Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
+ Implement and help develop best practices for on-site operations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance schedules, and performance monitoring systems.
+ Conduct performance analysis of operations operating systems, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
+ Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful handover to operations.
+ Participate in the development and review of operational documentation, including start-up manuals and operating procedures.

+ **Extensive Travel:** Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to various customer sites for on-site operational support and leadership.
