- Design, test, and implement new processes and procedures to enhance operational performance and product quality.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and track progress.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and project outcomes for senior management.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions in industrial engineering and process optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development and project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or operations management, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean manufacturing principles, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD tools, and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SQL).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex improvement projects on time and within budget.
