Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. To achieve this, managers are expected to provide their team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. Our Operation's workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer's door. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:
- Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

The DC Operations Manager is responsible for the success of assigned functions within a complex distribution center environment to ensure that it is an outstanding place to work. The DC Operations Manager may be responsible for the supervision of one or more of the following: Inbound Operations (Unloading and Receiving), Warehouse Operations (Pick-Pack, Break-Pack), Outbound Operations (Loading), Transportation Operations (Yard, Carrier Relations) and/or Office Operations (e.g., Transportation Coordinators, Customer Service Associates, General Office Associates). **Key Responsibilities:**
+ 20% Managing to ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas, efficient operations of warehouse management system(s) and related equipment, inventory is received appropriately and efficiently and safely processed in the warehouse, proper layout of warehouse and product placement, and proper maintenance and organization of all warehouse areas so that it's appearance is conducive to creating a perfect load for our Stores and Customers

**Job Summary**
The Services Business Operations Associate (BOA) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. The BOA is proficient in the management of customer accounts; this includes project reporting, funding reporting and collection of customer accounts receivable along with the maintenance of the projects & managing the inflow from HR through OASIS to Project Costing. Key qualities for this role include strong customer relationship‐building skills, conflict resolution, professionalism, attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities, independent judgment, adaptability, and excellent time management.
**Essential Functions**
+ Management of customer accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, collections, adjustments, customer service, contract deliverables and PO funding and working with clients to resolve outstanding issues
+ Manage total accounts receivable, including unbilled AR, with a combined revenue responsibly of $5 ‐$7 5M
+ Support liaison between field offices and other corporate departments (Delivery, Finance, and FSG)
+ Responsible for gathering the necessary data to assist management with account specific decisions
+ Review Agreement amendments/modifications and incorporate changes for correct customer support and billing, address any potential issues with Finance Leadership
+ Detailed knowledge of Statement of Work (SOW) contracts/purchase order terms and conditions
+ Onboarding of new clients and management of client specific billing arrangements (rates and procedures) and maintain compliance with these requirements through bill plan management
+ Utilize internal tools and customer tools to support client requirements
+ Establish and maintain client documentation files
+ Produce and review audit results to ensure data integrity and compliance creating accurate billing and reporting data
+ Confirm assigned projects/programs/contracts are closed out, accurate, and complete

The Director of Mission Next (MN) Business Operations will partner closely with the VPGM for the division, as well as the extended leadership team to manage all business operational aspects of the MN organization. Position responsibilities include:
+ Support the Division GM in preparation of Sector and Corporate reporting to include business growth objectives, LRSP, affordability & other strategic initiatives
+ Lead the development and tracking of Division goals & objectives and ensure integration into Sector Objectives
+ Lead the development of Division All Hands and other org-wide communication

**Basic Qualifications:**

Primary Level Salary Range: $207,400.00 - $311,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. + 2 year degree and relevant experience in AR/Accounting/Finance required.
+ Prior internship or work experience in customer service or a business, financial environment.
