**Annuity & Insurance Operations Service Associate**
The Annuity & Insurance Operations group within the Brokerage Service Network (MSSN) provides operational and customer service support to Brokerage financial advisors and branch employees. The team responds to a variety of inquiries related to insurance licensing, product training and education, order entry support, and insurance policy maintenance. The team is responsible for providing a high level of service in supporting a wide range of systems, policies, and procedures.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
-Establish and maintain effective relationships in order to deliver world class service to our clients.
-Handle inquiries by phone and cases from financial advisors and branch employees related to Insurance Licensing, Order Desk, and Policy Services.
-Utilize online resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues while following established guidelines for service quality and one-call resolution.
-Follow established procedures to route processing requests to the appropriate processing teams and to escalate inquiries for further research.
-Meet team and department service goals established by MSSN management.
**Skills required:**
-Minimum 2 years' experience with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center or with phone interactions
-Excellent listening and written and verbal communication skills
-Desire to learn the insurance operations business and invest time and experience to develop expertise
-Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new situations
-Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
-Ability to diagnose and solve problems creatively
-Ability to recognize and diffuse potential issues and/or difficult interactions
-Ability to multitask

Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor milling and flaking systems to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs along with maintenance personnel throughout the milling facility
- Record production and equipment logs
- Operate forklifts
- Inspect and maintain metal detectors, magnets, sifters, and safety mechanisms
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment in compliance with GMP and SOP standards
- Assist with packaging operations and general plant upkeep as needed
- Uphold and promote all food safety and workplace safety policies
- Identify and proactively report or resolve facility or equipment concerns
- Execute other duties as assigned by the Milling Superintendent or Maintenance Manager
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant fork truck experience, maintenance and/or milling experience
- Willingness to work all shifts, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Skills and abilities
- Fork truck operation
- Understanding of food-grade maintenance requirements and grain dust hazards
- Familiarity with safety documentation, bin rescue, confined space, and lockout/tagout procedures

SCI is looking to add a reliable and hardworking Construction Support Person to our growing Team, in the Lafayette, Indiana area. This position involves assisting with various tasks on the construction site to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
As a Team member providing Construction Support, you will work under the jobsite Supervisor(s) and report to the Chief of Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in weekly progress meetings
• Assist with weekly job plans
• Communicate with manufacturers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Tool inventory weekly
• Pick up materials from the hardware/lumberyard.
• Safety oriented. Check on safety violations.
• Forklift experience would be valuable for unloading trucks.
• Cost code receipts.
• Progress meeting notes and possible meeting minutes.
• Make sure all paperwork forms are stocked in the trailers.
• Light housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years of age and have valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Strong attention to details and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
