The Position: The Operations Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of all training programs for the operations team. This role will lead the training strategy, build scalable learning solutions, and ensure operational team members are fully equipped to succeed in their roles. A successful Operations Training Manager will lead and coordinate closely with department leaders to align learning initiatives with operational goals.
This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. This is a remote position that will require up to 25% travel.
The compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and execute the overarching operations training strategy.
- Develop and maintain standardized training programs for onboarding, role-specific, new systems and tools, process changes, and ongoing development.
- Ensure training content is compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policies and industry standards.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions across topics which could include leasing, facilities, policy and procedure, resident experience, and company systems.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; iterate and improve accordingly.
- Coordinate training logistics for acquisitions, webinars, and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure team-specific training needs are addressed and aligned with broader goals and identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Evaluate Tailwind's operational process and procedures and provide feedback.
- Coordinate and provide recurrent training to operational team members.
- Lead the build out of learning paths and training tracks for different positions.
- Responsible for oversight, auditing, and management of the learning and compliance management system.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials, job aides, e-learning modules, and documentation, ensuring that they are current, accurate, and effective.
- Support managers with tools and strategies to coach team members for continuous improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization, or the industry.
- Assist with the planning of operational training summits and workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related position.
- Two or more years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
- Proven experience building and maintaining an engaging training program.
- Relevant industry experience in property management or student housing is preferred.

POSITION:
The Teacher Training Operations Manager will oversee the administrative functions of the Club Pilates – Riser Fitness Teacher Training Program and support operational processes across multiple studio locations. This role ensures smooth coordination of scheduling, student support, and logistics while contributing to marketing and enrollment efforts. The position requires strong organizational skills, communication, and collaboration with leadership teams to enhance efficiency and program success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program & Operations Administration
- Coordinate and assist in scheduling upcoming Teacher Training programs, aligning with studio availability.
- Oversee logistics for in-studio training days, including communication with studio management and ensuring all materials are prepared.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and progress.
- Track and maintain updated liability insurance for participants.
- Work with the education team and studio managers to improve the overall program experience.
Student Support & Engagement
- Provide continuous support and resources to students, ensuring completion of required training hours.

Position Assignment: F-35 Training Operations Manager to be located in Rovaniemi, Finland. The Manager is responsible for the execution of training operations in support of local Finnish Air Force flight training requirements and potentially supporting as a manager over other F-35 training locations in the country.
This management position supports military pilots' flight procedures in maintaining qualification level in the Pilot Training Device by executing approved pilot training syllabi, upgrade, and tactics training. Candidate will provide pilot training using the F-35 Full Mission Simulator (FMS). The instructor will primarily operate Instructor Operating Station (IOS) and will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting pilot training and tactics development, as well as recommendations for courseware updates. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin team at dedicated training sites to fulfill F-35 training and continuation training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies, as directed. Candidate must maintain a Secret level security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) access. Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. **Training & Development Manager**
As the site Training and Development Manager - You are responsible for developing the sites training and development strategy and plan for all employees. You will partner with department leaders to define and align on skill needs to identify tools and resources for training and development. Develop and implement employee New Hire Orientation process to include onboarding with individual learning plans. This position will be the Lead for the Education and Training Pillar of TPM, supporting development of curriculum matrices, training calendars, standard work practices and templates, work instructions and onboarding plans. Coordinate internal and external training resources for the site; you will be responsible for building and managing the relationship with local, state and enterprise training and development resources. This position will coach, assist and train the Business Unit TPM Starpoint Pillar representatives who are responsible for training their teammates on their job responsibilities. This position will partner with those responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, audit compliance and performance compliance training is completed. This position will be responsible for developing and coordinating the High Performance Teaming and Leadership training for all associates at the site. This position will also serve as the Organizational Change Management lead, responsible for facilitating all change management activities for the site.
**Location:** This position is 100% onsite at our Williamson, NY plant.

We are growing and looking for an experienced Training & Development Specialist to design and manage training programs that support employee development, strengthen technical and compliance skills, and align with PDW's strategic goals. This position calls for someone who can build training from the ground up, deliver it confidently, and adapt it to a range of learners across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will also have experience with DoD-specific compliance training, including CUI, ITAR, and related requirements.
What You'll Do
- Work with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop a training strategy that supports business and compliance needs.
- Create, update, and deliver training programs, including written materials, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Manage PDW's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses are assigned, tracked, and documented accurately.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires receive the cultural, technical, and compliance training needed to be successful.
- Develop and lead compliance-related training, such as CUI, ITAR, security awareness, and other defense industry topics.
- Partner with subject matter experts to turn technical or regulatory information into clear, engaging content.
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting delivery to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance results, making adjustments as needed.
- Keep up with new training tools, delivery methods, and compliance requirements relevant to the defense sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in training creation and delivery, with at least 2 years in a corporate, manufacturing, or defense setting.
- Proven ability to develop training programs and materials from concept to completion.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and training evaluation techniques.
- Experience delivering both in-person and online training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to groups confidently.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, presentation software, and Learning Management Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in DoD compliance training, including CUI, ITAR, and NIST/CMMC.
- Professional certifications such as CPTD or APTD.
- Prior work experience in defense, aerospace, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with UKG Ready LMS.
Physical Requirements
Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move about regularly throughout the day. Must be able to travel between office and production areas, set up training spaces, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment
This position works primarily in an office setting but will regularly interact with production and manufacturing areas. Standard hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work for training sessions. Some travel may be required.
