Rated one of the Best Nursing Homes by Newsweek, Carter has a 164-bed CMS 5-Star-Rated ( Skilled Nursing Facility and 201-bed Long-Term Acute-Care Hospital (LTACH) that is nationally recognized for pulmonary care, with decades of experience in ventilator weaning.
The **Food Operations Manager 2** will report to the General Manager and be responsible for leading a team of approximately **37 union employees** , including **Food Service Supervisors and Patient Services Managers** . This leadership role is integral to the success of a cook-chill patient dining program, offering both restaurant-style and in-room dining services to residents and patients.
*** **This is not an entry-level position*** **-we're seeking a** **seasoned** **leader with post-acute, DOH, JCAHO experience to qualify. Must be comfortable with client relations, budget compliance and patient experience in a union environment.**

**Providing daily oversight of food operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and service excellence
