KEY TASKS:
- Responsible for performing administrative functions for the store as directed by General Manager.
- Assists Business Manager with closings and title and registration work.
- Assist Service/Parts with AR collections. Contacting customers as needed and send monthly statements.
- Create PO's as needed. Process store payables, ensuring proper processing of PO's with Shared Services.
- Monitor and reconcile petty cash and cash balances in tills. Submit reconciliations to SS.
- Maintain all company credit cards and tracking usage.
- Distributes all communications to TM as needed.
- Assist GM in ensuring that all HR / (local, state, federal) requirements are met and up to date.
- Create price sheets for all boats
- Assist with new vendor setup process
- Submit check requests with backup as needed for expedited or one time payments and ensures creation and approval of purchase order
- Receive A/R in IDS, batch all computers daily, reconcile cash on the DCR and deposit all monies into MMAX bank account
- Supports onboarding of new hires in coordination with key stakeholders
- Assists in the coordination of all offsite events, sales, displays, and sponsorships
- Creates and maintains calendars (including online calendar on MarineMax.com) for events, Getaways, appointments, displays, etc.
- Assists in the creation and procurement of marketing materials for the store
- Other duties as required

Job Responsibilities
The DC Operations IT Hardware team is responsible for network cable installations and removals, equipment installations & removals, smart hands hardware break/fix support and network cabling diagnostics.
The candidate will be responsible for:

Management of work order queue

Assigning technicians and scheduling shift activity

Training and mentoring technicians
-
Communicating with peer lead technician from other shifts for operational handoffs

Day to day delivery of all move, add change (MAC) requests including hardware installs and network cabling

Completing hardware break/fix tickets such as troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues and replacement of hardware components

Checking supplies in and out from inventory management system

Keeping inventory current & accurate using DC Portal

Maintaining work area in a safe and orderly manner. Tools and supplies are properly put away after every shift.

Providing data center escorts as requested

Performing QA checks on work orders

Performing backup tape operations and amber light tours
Basic Qualifications:

The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Associate, Governance Management operates within the Technology & Operations (“T&O”) organization (First Line of Defense) and is accountable to manage key governance routines across T&O to drive effective and consistent execution of the Enterprise Governance and Risk Management Frameworks. The incumbent will ensure that the T&O governance model supports the needs of the organization and evolve the model as required as the environment changes. This role will also work closely with executive leadership to define, maintain, and measure execution of the T&O strategies. The Sr. Associate must be able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders while influencing strategic goals.
- Governance Model: Develop and maintain the T&O governance model with clear reporting and escalation paths and adjust the model as required.
- Committee and Management Routines: Work closely with executive leadership to develop reporting and ensure consistent and adequate messaging for key management routines, including Board and regulatory reporting. Manage committee logistics, agenda development, material creation, and meeting minutes.
- Reporting Effectiveness: Identify critical areas to monitor and escalates issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders. Provide thematic analysis of issues for business to identify emerging trends.
- Strategy & Operating Model Definition: Assist in the development and monitoring of the T&O strategy and target operating model
- Drive Risk Culture: Ensure awareness in the Business Line of risk behaviors and ensure proper identification, escalation, and reporting of risks.
- Communication & Awareness: Partners with stakeholders to drive improvement efforts to correct or prevent unfavorable trends and assess the impacts. Maintain two way communications with the Second Line of Defense to maintain directional alignment on reporting.
- Exam Management: Liaise with the Business Line for exam activities related to governance

Education:

Experience:
- 9+ Years Governance Management, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Auditing, relevant line of business experience and/or legal or regulatory experience.
- 5+ Years Business Unit.
