Responsibilities

  • You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
  • You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
  • Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
  • Certification in specialty area preferred
  • One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $41.72 - $83.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.

About the role
Role Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required: POSITION SUMMARY: Ensures efficient and continual plant vinegar production. Continually monitors production efficiency by taking production samples, making nutrient batches and taking physical inventories. Works in the plant during assigned shift and is continually checking production status while ensuring other sections of the plant are running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Monitors the levels of all tanks. Knows the vinegar flow in and out of tanks.
Monitors the production by taking and checking physical samples and making adjustments to ensure the production remains efficient.
Monitors filtration units.
Monitors nutrient levels in tanks, mixes batches as needed and adds them to tanks.
Monitors several pumping operations at the same time, aware of all pumping destinations and stops operations if necessary.
Monitors and checks the progress of the R/O units as well as the foam tanks and performs any needed actions to keep them running smoothly.
Watches and adjusts the production computer as needed
Calculates when the production units will be ready to discharge.
Prepared mashes as necessary to keep production units operating.
Load and unload tankers as necessary.
Qualifications and skills
Ability to work alone.
Ability to make quick decisions based on work production needs.
Ability to monitor all tanks to ensure production of vinegar.
Ability to give complete attention to detailed work.

Key responsibilities
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the filling, sending, receiving, and recording of materials within the facility
Prepare orders for delivery by filling containers with specified material and amounts
Acquire empty containers and organize filled containers with use of a forklift
Participate in the rework of materials by transferring material from filled containers to process tanks and refilling when complete
Visually inspect containers and tanks for cleanliness before filling
Daily monitoring of production floor to maintain a clean and safe work environment during shift
Perform other related duties as assigned by shift supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Physical requirements of this job include, but are not limited to:

Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavoring and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy.

Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operative:
Responsible for the loading/unloading of inbound and Outbound freight in accordance to site rules and operating procedures. Systematic processing of freight as well as physical handling of materials.
Accurately release the proper freight and follow the loading instructions on the bills of lading.
Inspects documents, vehicles, and freight on inbound/outbound deliveries.
Process post goods issue/inbound delivery on shipments after loading/unloading using SAP System
Unloads inbound freight and inspects for vendor non-conformances
Moves and arranges inventory as instructed for organization, stock rotation and efficiency using RF scanners.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow good safety practices as directed by safety teachings.
Maintain GMPs and complete functions listed on the sanitation schedule.
Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
Safely operate Forklift Equipment and machinery as specified in zero tolerance policy
Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications and skills
Minimum Requirements:
High School or equivalent. Must be able to operate forklifts and other equipment integral to the job functions. Some basic computer skills. Basic math skills, capable of reading and writing in English. Knowledge of hazardous material regulations. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift to 100 pounds and move up to 500 pounds. Must be able to see and distinguish between labels. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk through the warehouse.
Working Environment:
Factory environment with exposure to flavor and basic product chemicals and raw materials.
