Job Description

  • 12 to 14 years of Total experience in gathering, analyzing and preparing High level design and delivery for Financial applications covering General Ledger and Accounts Payable business processes.
  • Must have strong presentation skills using Microsoft Power point covering high level design, pros and cons for various technology design decisions, and as-is and to-be states. Should have the ability to prepare complex business process workflows and present to senior tech executives.
  • Must have experience in preparing major projects status reports for senior management covering roadmaps, risk mitigation planning, and current state-future state.
  • Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire application development lifecycle.
  • Identify functionality gaps, perform or advice on POCs and develop solutions / workarounds
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Nice to have experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Financial modules (AP, FA, GL) implementation / upgrade projects.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Financial modules, and MS Power Point, Visio, Excel, and Software Architecture design.

Work You'll Do
+ Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions.
+ Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive permitting and licensing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
+ Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications to meet specific client requirements.
+ Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Oracle Permitting and Licensing functionalities and best practices.
+ Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of the implemented solutions.
+ Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, configurations, customizations, and user guides.
+ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle Permitting and Licensing features and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Master's Degree
+ 12+ years implementing and managing Oracle Cloud solutions
+ 2+ years supporting pre-sales pursuits and creating proposals
+ Experience leading 5+ Oracle Cloud implementations from beginning to go-live
+ Certified in Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables Implementation Essentials and Oracle Financials Cloud: Payables Implementation Essentials
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
