Key Responsibilities- Pick products based on order sheets or scanning system

Job Overview
Client is seeking a robotic assembly technician with experience building complex electro-mechanical equipment.
Principle Job Requirements:
• Electromechanical Assembly - Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Other jobs related to assembly, repair, rework as required
• Must be able to follow written work instructions and perform data entry into various production systems.
• Will perform quality inspections and work with an understanding of what is critical to quality. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms/entries.
• Must work with Safety as a priority by following procedure and applying general safe practices in manufacturing.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Proficient oral and written communications skills. Collaborates well in a team environment.
• The successful candidate for this position will be self-managed and possess the desire, drive and energy that is needed to deliver and be part of daily execution. Basic Qualifications:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Story Behind the Need - Business Group & Key Projects
They build a few different robots for client in their factories. They have drive units that drive across the floor and pick up/moves storage for products. For example, when someone orders something the product gets brought to the associate who is doing the picking and is picked up by one of the Drive units. They also build manipulation arms that pick-up boxes and packages and put them in different places. They take sub-assemblies and put them together (Like advanced legos). There is no soldering. It is more so the basic electrical/ mechanical production: using power screw drivers, power drills, clipping zip ties, using lift assist for heavier pieces.

MATERIAL HANDLER | UTILIMASTER| KANSAS CITY, MO
What you’ll do:
SUMMARY:
Assembly and installation of truck bodies, support the production and assembly of various components, and perform as an active member of the team
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assembly or installation of various truck body parts
• Mechanically inclined and skilled with hand, air, and power tools
• • Must be detail oriented and be very meticulous about your work
• Perform as a team member which requires the ability to learn, perform and rotate to other workstations
• Perform the above within acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards
• Obtain supplies and parts required to do the job
• Assist other employees when assembly work is not required
• Clean department and maintain neatness in the surrounding work areas
• Assist the team in 5S advancements
• Assist in the implementation of Lean Principles
• Other duties as assigned
What you need to be successful:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 18 months manufacturing experience in an Automotive, RV, or Boat manufacturer
• Ability to use ladders, enter and exit trucks, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, working below knees or above shoulders, and lifting as much as 50 lbs
• Ability to use air and electric powered tools such as drills, hammer drills, torque wrenches (powered and unpowered), air tools (such as rivet guns, air drills, air hammers) and huck guns
• Ability to read and understand work orders, directions, charts, forms, and safety regulations
