+ Assist with the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
+ Perform variance analysis and identify trends to support management decision-making.
+ Ensure accuracy of journal entries, general ledger postings, and account reconciliations.

Requirements

The Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design & Governance designs and delivers organization design consulting projects and advisory services, employing substantial problem-solving and analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and insight generation, and effective facilitation, communication and relational skills.
**Depth & Scope:**
+ Leads and executes internal organization design strategic projects, from start to finish; including project design and scoping, aligning stakeholder expectations, project management, providing updates, and timely project delivery
+ Assesses and diagnoses organizational needs, lead change initiatives, build a change and organizational design capability to deliver leading practice organizational development solutions in support of TD's strategic plan
+ Conducts organization design analysis, including employing strategic frameworks, interpreting issues and opportunities, conducting internal and external benchmark analysis, generating insights, preparing presentations and materials to provide findings and recommendations, to help solve operating model, organization design and governance issues for executives

**Education & Experience:**
+ 8+ years relevant business experience, preferably within financial services
+ Undergraduate Degree required (degree in business management, organizational development, human resources or related discipline is preferred)
+ Graduate degree or MBA preferred
+ Experience and familiarity with organization design discipline
+ Experience in large multi-national organizations
+ Experiences with execution and tactical delivery of multiple projects and/ or transformational initiatives
+ Experience influencing and contributing to organizational strategic direction
+ Experience taking/ interpreting a strategy and breaking it down into pieces of work; building plans and teams around that work
+ Strong consulting skills anchored in problem solving with a solid background working with synthesis of qualitative data, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and writing reports/presentations; external consulting experience would be an asset
+ Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and strong interpersonal skills to effective manage relationships in a matrix environment

Essential Purpose of the Position:
U.S. operations are deeply connected with our Korean headquarters, and the success of this connection depends on our ability to align corporate culture, leadership philosophy, and business strategy across two distinct cultural contexts. The role requires rare expertise that combines advanced bilingual (Korean-English) communication skills, deep knowledge of Korean corporate culture, and professional training and curriculum design experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cultural and Organizational Integration
Serve as a bridge between Korean headquarters and U.S. operations, ensuring organizational values and strategic objectives are fully understood and implemented locally.
Translate complex corporate directives into actionable, culturally appropriate programs for U.S.-based employees.
Support Korean expatriates in adapting to the U.S. business environment and help local employees understand Korean business culture.
