FarWell Project Advisors, LLC has openings for Organizational Change Managers to join our team.

We are ideally looking for "M-Shaped" Advisors.
At FarWell, we seek M-shaped Advisors-professionals who bring deep expertise in multiple areas along with the ability to connect and collaborate across disciplines.

The vertical bars of the "M" represent key technical competencies-skills and expertise that allow advisors to excel in disciplines such as Change Management, Project Management, Process Optimization, or Agile.

The horizontal connections illustrate the ability to leverage this expertise holistically across disciplines, collaborate across teams, and adapt to complex client needs. This marks a shift from the traditional T-shaped model, where individuals focused on depth in one area and breadth across others.

At this time, we need people who have a depth of knowledge within.

Organizational Change Management. Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative

It would also be great if you have a breadth of experience across.

Project Management. Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project is ideal. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful.

Continuous Improvement . Having some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor. Experience or certifications would be even better.

Travel Expectations:
  • Many of our clients do support remote work. However, we are seeing a growing preference for hybrid schedules, with some clients requesting occasional on-site collaboration. Flexibility varies by engagement, and we work closely with our advisors and clients to find arrangements that meet everyone's needs.

The Change Management Manager is responsible for executing Clean Earth's Organizational Change Management (OCM) Capability. · Identify and engage key stakeholders, understanding their concerns and managing their expectations throughout the change process.
· Develop and execute clear and consistent communications plans to inform employees about changes, address concerns, and build buy-in.
· Develop content using communications best practices in support of engagement activities, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletter content, user community communication, and materials in support of training (user guides and standard operating procedures).
· Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, providing support and coaching to individuals impacted.
· Analyze the potential impact of changes on individuals, teams, and the organization to navigate negative effects.
· Support the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new changes.
· Monitor progress and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Basic Required Qualifications:
