Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who are asked to relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Intern will engage in various activities to help build out our change management function.
This internship has flexibility to be hybrid out of our HQ in Niles, IL or remote.

A client is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist to sit at least one day onsite in Westchester, NY, and the remainder remote. This person will be responsible for applying change management processes and standards to support adoption across various initiatives. This will include defining and overseeing the execution of change management plans and deliverables, as well as conducting assessments to determine change impact, risk, business readiness, etc. This analyst will be developing collaborative relationships with project teams and business leads to make recommendations and share change knowledge, as well as assessing current environments to understand what support may be needed to work toward adoption. The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DoD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities' (DAFAs) common use information technology systems, personnel, functions, and program elements under the direction of DISA's Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Serve as the primary liaison between the internal program team and the customers and users during all phases of the migration to the DoDNet to improve the overall customer and user experience. Work closely with customers and users to understand their needs and proactively address issues.

Job title: Communications and Organizational Change Management Lead
We are seeking an experienced Communications and Organizational Change Management Lead to temporarily support our Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) team during a critical transformation period. This role will focus on developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies and campaigns to facilitate change management across the Digital function and other Sanofi stakeholders.
This position will be reporting to the Head of Strategy & Governance in the DRC team.

Communication
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans supporting the Digital Risk & Compliance transformation within the broader context of Sanofis Digital transformation.
- Develop clear, engaging content for various communication channels to inform stakeholders about changes, benefits, and implementation timelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance, Digital function, Global Quality teams) to align and tailor communication plans.
- Maintain the internal DRC SharePoint site and Viva Engage communities.
- Create and maintain communication materials including presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches as needed.
- Adapt and implement the Digital Risk & Compliance transformation change management strategy.
- Work closely with the Training and Knowledge Management team to ensure cohesive communication, change management, and education approaches that promote adoption of new processes and systems.
- Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns.
- Define and measure indicators for change management and transformation success.
- Support change readiness assessments and develop targeted interventions.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in communications and/or change management roles.
- Proven track record supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Change management certification (PROSCI) required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
- Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance processes.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in changing environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing communication needs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines across a global, multi-site environment.
