We are seeking an Orthopedic Technician to join our team. Under the direct supervision of a physician, the technician performs a variety of clinical duties to assist in the examination and treatment of patients. This includes applying and adjusting orthopedic equipment, removing sutures and staples, positioning patients for procedures, and supporting the overall function of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply and adjust casts, splints, and braces; fabricate custom casts using materials such as plaster, fiberglass resin, and polyethylene.
- Assist physicians in the operating room with casting and traction application.
- Set up and regulate orthopedic devices; inspect, apply, and remove braces, bandages, sutures, and staples as directed.
- Position orthopedic patients for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
- Evaluate and support operational needs, including staffing, infrastructure, and equipment within assigned areas.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
