Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in robotics engineering, with a strong focus on system design, development, and integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics (e.g., C++, Python).
- Experience with robotics operating systems (ROS) and simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, MuJoCo).
- Strong understanding of kinematics, dynamics, control theory, sensor fusion, and AI/ML applied to robotics.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to completion in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
