The Gist.

Our Automated Tester will work on a large enterprise level team and will be responsible for working in an Agile environment. Our Tester will support the development of custom software and database applications.

What Your Day Might Include.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum development methodology ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, scrum, backlog refinement, defining tasks/tests, estimating LOE, testing, tracking work done, retrospective, demonstration, etc.).

  • In collaboration with the Product Architect and/or Business Analyst, access impacts of candidate changes to the automated smoke and/or regression test suite(s) and plan accordingly.
  • Perform full-scope static and dynamic testing of a system under test utilizing functional and non-functional testing techniques. These techniques can include the following test types: Unit (only for Automated scripts), Integration/API, End-To-End, Smoke, Regression/Functional, 508 Compliance, and Usability.
  • Perform script and/or code peer reviews to ensure compliance with program-level manual/automated testing standards, guidelines, and processes.
  • Document and track testing activity progress during a sprint. This includes capturing execution artifacts to support that all backlog acceptance criteria have been successfully verified/validated.

**Automated Logic is looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team!**
**About This Role**
Leads team of Project Managers, Sr. Project Managers and Field Engineering Supervisors. Manages the field organization for all new installation / systems projects for the assigned area (Virginia). Reviews escalated issues, establishes and maintains a good relationship with key customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Leads hiring, training and performance management for the systems operations team.
+ Manages the financial performance of all branch projects in conjunction with the assigned project managers.
+ Manages team according to established programs and objectives.
+ Coaches team members to ensure operational achievements are met.
+ Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by a the operations team.
+ Reviews escalated issues that will impact the business and provide recommendations for solutions.
+ Possesses strong technical/product knowledge.
+ Quality Issue Management
+ Contacts customer, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationship with key customers.
+ Responds to complaints of high-profile customers, carries out the customer satisfaction investigation, and establishes the appropriate improvement plan.
+ Maintains training and audit/assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
+ Participates in the branch management team as the representative of the operations department.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree with 4+ Years of experience in BAS/HVAC Project Management, or Operations Management OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ Years of experience in BAS/HVAC Project Management, or Operations Management
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree
+ Major Project Management Experience; $10+ Million Projects
+ Project Management Certifications
+ Proficient in Microsoft 366 applications.
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
+ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
+ Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects.
