Responsibilities:
- Manage the activities of the Sinking Fund, ensuring proper oversight of the City's bond retirement fund.
- Coordinate and facilitate the issuance of municipal bonds and notes for both the General Fund and various enterprise funds.
- Maintain comprehensive records of the City's outstanding debt obligations, tracking payments through maturity.
- Ensure timely deposits and payments for all principal and interest, adhering to financial schedules.
- Supervise the reconciliation process for bond payments, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee compliance with financial covenants and continuing disclosure requirements.
- Prepare budgetary information related to debt management and bond issuance.
- Supervise accounting processes and records associated with the Sinking Fund.
- Collaborate on the preparation of debt-related sections of the annual financial audit. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in debt management, municipal bonds, or related financial roles.
- Strong expertise in handling bonds and debt capital.
- Comprehensive knowledge of municipal finance and debt compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in managing detailed financial records and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in preparing legislation for bond issuance and financial disclosures.
- Ability to oversee accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Job Description
Position Summary
The Debt Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing and tracking monthly disbursements for Brookfield Properties' retail loans. This role serves as a key liaison with lenders and internal teams to ensure accurate cash management and compliance with loan agreements. The Analyst will gain a strong working knowledge of loan agreements, the cash management process, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the initial point of contact for all lender inquiries regarding cash movement pursuant to the loan documents.
+ Prepare draw packages for funds requests and work with loan servicers to complete reserve disbursements.
+ Partner with Legal and Capital teams to analyze and interpret mall owners' rights to access reserved cash.
+ Gather and compile supporting documentation related to lender-held reserve disbursements, including invoices and lien waiver letters.
+ Track all outstanding and completed disbursement requests, coordinating with lenders and Treasury to meet proof of payment requirements and reconciling the use of disbursed funds as needed.
+ Field inquiries from Accounting and property teams regarding funding status.
+ Partner with IT to support development of in-house applications to track and manage disbursement status.
+ Collaborate with property teams and cross-functional departments to efficiently manage and resolve lender inquiries.
+ Maintain detailed tracker of servicer contact information, loan maturity dates and other loan details.
+ Support Debt Compliance team in managing quarterly financial reporting.
+ Other duties or special projects as required.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED Required.
+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Paralegal Studies or related field.
+ Understanding of basic accounting and business principles.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.

The Medical Debt Collections Representative will perform collection follow up with patients on delinquent and/or non-delinquent accounts for medical providers in a high-volume call center environment. - Assist patients in the resolution of outstanding payments from past due accounts.
- Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate.

- Maintain minimum production standards.
- Achieve quality assurance scores that meet department requirements.
- Work within company attendance guidelines.

**Location** : Irvine, CA **Must** be able to commute **ONSITE** to **Irvine, CA**
**Pay: $25/hr**

+ Complete data entry, process entries and claims
+ Apply payments, research reductions to ensure accurate financial records
+ Prepare invoices, process invoices, refund credit memos, apply payment to ledger/customer account
**Experience**
+ **Excel Experience** - Pivot tables, basic formulas, v-lookups, manage large amounts of data
+ SAP experience
+ Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry and record-keeping
+ Basic accounting knowledge
+ Good communication skills
+ Data entry and organization skills: Managing and maintaining accurate records
