JOB DESCRIPTION
ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Advertising Specialist will be primarily responsible for developing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital-based marketing strategies and content to expand Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s digital footprint, build awareness, drive conversions, and increase retention. The position will combine knowledge of web and digital marketing with business insight and brand standards to support the property’s overall marketing initiatives.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures
- Develop and manage content for company digital interfaces maintaining effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (display ads, SEO/SEM, paid social, etc.), including content creation, strategy and analytics
- Perform and advise on website updates and oversee digital asset management
- Manage SEO for company website using approved platforms and best practices that deliver results, including on-page and off-page techniques
- Analyze current keywords to identify content gaps to improve campaigns
- Work with Digital and Brand teams at property and corporate levels to improve the quality of existing pages
- Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, proper tagging, audience segmentation, personalization, and optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance metrics, including ROAS and KPIs
- Work closely with multiple contracted marketings agencies to generate content and execute campaigns.
- Maintain current business information and content on third party listings and review sites
- Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to ensure digital marketing supports social initiatives.
- Communicate frequently with corporate teams and media agencies to align objectives and shape campaigns accordingly
- Research and recommend emerging tools and technologies for digital marketing, including latest trends with SEO, Google algorithms changes, and social media site policies
- Support social media initiatives and coverage as needed
- Support maintenance and updating of on-property digital signage as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in professional Internet Marketing.
- Ability to successfully handle extensive workload, prioritize and manage multiple projects and deal with time-sensitive opportunities as they arise.
- Advanced proficiencies in HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, AJAX, XML, web design, HD video using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, graphic design utilizing Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Content Management Systems, analytics platforms (Adobe, Google, Meta, etc.), Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and Windows/OSX

- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area.
