Job Summary
The Casino Dealer brings valuable experience in expertly operating table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and/or Craps, delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service that enhances every guest’s visit. Skilled in reading guest needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere, the dealer builds rapport, ensures clear communication, and anticipates player questions or concerns to provide a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. With a deep understanding of gaming regulations and a commitment to fair play, the dealer maintains trust and confidence while managing the flow of the game efficiently. This role requires strong mathematical abilities, proven customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm, focused, and approachable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.


Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is mandatory.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid Dealer License issued by the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission.

• Successful completion of an accredited dealer training course.

• Thorough knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and operational procedures.

Showcase your vivacious personality as Evolution’s Online Casino Dealer! Since our studios operate 24/7, you’ll rotate between day, evening, and overnight shifts, from the comfort of our private, state-of-the-art studio. You’ll host iconic casino games like Blackjack, Poker and Roulette, with unlimited virtual players – with the chance to earn unlimited tips.

We Offer:

$17/hr. + (includes a base rate and guaranteed tip rate, but the customer tips are unlimited!)

What You’ll Do

· Enthusiastically introduce players, the rules of the game and the winners

· Deal cards, spin a wheel, and announce winners

· Use quick and accurate handling of cards

· Research appropriate topics and trivia to discuss with the audience

· Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game

· Engage in friendly conversation, without offering your opinion (sports, music, and trivia facts)

· Be presentable and confident in front of the camera

· Always use a positive parting remark to end the game conversation

+ Partner with strategic retailers to co-develop business plans that serve both the shopper and our business.
+ Use data-driven insights and shopper psychology to influence product assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
+ Own real responsibilities and deliver measurable results in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
+ Gain exposure to key business decisions, customer negotiations, and long-term sales strategies.

+ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
+ Solid business and financial acumen
+ Willingness to be geographically mobile - both during and after the internship - as a career in Sales requires flexibility and relocation
+ Valid driver's license
