**Job Description Summary**
The Global Marketing Manager will be accountable for driving growth and performance for BD's Surgical Prep business within the Surgical Solutions platform including preoperative skin antiseptics, preoperative hair removal, and hand hygiene product portfolios. **Responsibilities**
+ Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including annual strategic reviews, marketing plans, pricing initiatives, and market models, by working collaboratively with regional teams and functions.
