An Internet Service Technician is responsible for installing and troubleshooting internet service runs per company standards. Candidates must have a willingness to work on roofs and various job-sites. Willingness to climb towers after certified training is preferred but not required. This position requires technicians to be available to work 8 hour shifts 5 days a week, with flexibility between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Internet Service Technicians must also be available to work a rotating on-call shift.

Job Summary
Responsible for supporting IT Director in all elements related to desktop PC's, laptops, wiring, VOIP, servers, mobile communication devices, and more. Also provide support to end-users, including help-desk calls and on-site support.

• Maintain VLAN and IP address schemas.
• Ensure proxy authentication through NPS (network policy service) and Radius.
