Job responsibilities:
+ Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities
+ Gather, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings (e.g., financial modeling, valuation)
+ Develop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering
+ Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
+ Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
+ Support multiple project work streams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ At least 5 years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal strategy consulting / corporate strategy team
+ Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches
+ Demonstrated experience with managing project work streams
+ Strong client management and executive-level communication skills
+ Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership

- At least 6 years of experience from either a premier management consulting firm with experience as a Manager/Engagement Manager/Project Leader, or, investment banking (e.g., M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets) division with experience as a Manager
- Diverse strategic problem solving experience, such as leading multiple CEO/CFO level programs across the financial services sector
- An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), influence senior business leaders, work well in cross-functional teams
- Passion to foster an environment of active feedback and continuous development
- Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
