Requirements
+ High School Diploma with a minimum of 2+ years experience in Logistics, Materials Management or Physical Distribution required.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets
+ Working knowledge of warehouse and/or software applications. Oracle Preferred.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving skills; Able to solve problems, make logical decisions to find the root cause and maintain detail-oriented focus to implement resolutions needed to address current issues and minimize future reoccurrence.
+ Strong Math Skills; Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimal equivalents, as well as ratios and percentages.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range for this position is $17.12 - $24.03 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.

Job Summary
The Logistics Support role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, supplies, gas cylinders, parts, and assemblies, while establishing and communicating deadlines for deliverables. You will ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and associated rates, maintaining all relevant records. This role includes receipt processing and issuance of received goods, applying identifying information and shipping instructions to containers, liaising with vendors through various communication methods to requisition materials and confirm shipment dates, and coordinating the distribution of materials upon arrival. Roles and Responsibilities
+ Manage daily logistics operations in the Engineering Test Services Supply Crib, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
+ Review inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness of product adjustments.
+ Verify incoming products and quantities against packing slips.
+ Log received products into the system and place them in designated storage locations.
+ Fulfill orders and back orders by picking items from pick tickets and distributing them throughout the site.
+ Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric carts.
+ Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE when handling chemical supplies, gas cylinders, and drums.
+ Lift up to 35 lbs. independently as required.
Basic Qualifications
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
+ Must be able to obtain NPMA certification within one year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in stockroom and supply inventory control and management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Familiar with SAP and eQuip systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and sustainment of an enterprise-wide Logistics Program for a DoD customer. Additionally, you will safeguard warehouse operations and content by monitoring security procedures and protocols, and continuously identify and implement organizational, equipment, and process improvements.

Position Description:
- Plan and implement assigned projects based on phased objectives and strategies under supervisory guidance Create, prepare, update, and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases, and reports; compile and analyze data for reports.
- Research operational issues and provide recommendations to management Provide specialized assistance with system operations, and coordination of programs and administrative functions.

Must Haves:
- Communicate and coordinate the use of department vehicles and mobile resources
- Ensure safe and effective operation of mobile clinics and vehicles through routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and cleaning

- Perform routine safety checks on vehicles; identify and arrange necessary maintenance and repairs

- Accurately record all vehicle service events including rebranding, mileage, process gaps, maintenance, downtime, recalls, and warranties
- Coordinate with Client's Equipment Services and external vendors for specialty vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Utilize OnBase to procure office needs (e.g., supplies, first aid kits, AED parts, AMS software/hardware)
- Use systems such as Waystar, ASIIS, and ACHHHS to check and process insurance during community events
- Assist in onboarding and process development for upcoming purchases of oversized mobile units, electric vehicles, and charging stations
- Collect feedback from field teams on vehicle performance, cleanliness, event coordination, and resource use; report lessons learned
- Participate in projects and programs with other departments or government agencies affecting assets and departmental processes
- Assist with warehouse and inventory surveys, including monthly and annual audits
- Help manage the AED program, including inspections, repairs, replacements, and ordering
- Develop and deliver training on new processes, accountability systems, and reporting methods
- Support supervisors and financial staff with vehicle maintenance and fuel reconciliation reports, budget planning, and purchasing

Education Required
