MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 12 HOUR ROTATING NIGHT SHIFTS, 7:00 P.M TO 7:00 A.M. (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)

JOB SUMMARY:
Works independently under general supervision to manufacture all dip coat batches, binders, prewetting and experimental solutions by following written formulas; makes periodic checks and adjustments to dipcoats while following prescribed procedures and good general practices. Complex task required when checking slurry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Using Computers (entering information, etc)
• Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).
• Must be able to function as a member of a team and be able to work under general supervision.
• Must be able to maintain expected quality levels.
• Comply with all site required policies and procedures including but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs dipcoat manufacturing by following basic processing setups; i.e., combines and mixes ingredients as indicated in written formula.

Performs viscosity check and plate weight check of dipcoats on automatic line twice per shift, and makes necessary adjustments using independent judgment.

Transports dip using mobile equipment and manually refills pots on automatic line. This task accounts for 50% of the job responsibilities during the shift.

Periodically cleans dip pots and drains taps.
- May be required to perform duties of a Monoshell Operator as needed.

Performs other duties as required.

Read gram and pound scales, graduated breakers and bottles, and work with English and
Metric units, fractions and/or decimals

Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment.

• Comply with all department, facility, corporate and regulatory EHS regulations

• Report all safety, health and environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.

This individual will primarily be responsible for fabricating equipment for the car wash and detail shop. This includes cutting, drilling, punching, welding, plasma cutting, using aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Flexible availability is needed for Monday through Friday i.e. 7:00AM to 4:00PM, with potential overtime. The pay range for this position is $24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot problems
- Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team player on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions
