The Marketing Campaign Associate is a key team member responsible for participating in planning and execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a hands-on executor with a strong background in project management and sales enablement who will work across departments including Marketing, Sales, SEALS, and others to coordinate campaigns. The responsibilities will include ensuring that all campaigns are executed as per strategy, with all marketing collateral executed on time, and ensuring clear, consistent communications across all stakeholders. In this role, the individual will make a direct contribution to supporting and expanding our lead generation capabilities with specific focus on marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, including production, deployment, management of timelines, communication to sales, sales follow-up, and monitoring campaign results.
- Under direction from the Marketing, collaborate with sales teams to create and implement campaigns for lead generation.
- Provide project management support to all stakeholders including content, design, digital, and lead management teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Use project management tools to track progress, ensure on-time delivery, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Under guidance from Director of Marketing Operations and Communications, analyze campaign performance and share insights to optimize future campaign efforts.
- Create sales announcements and sales communication materials to educate sales on the latest campaigns and marketing assets available.
- Work with sales teams to promote use of our sales enablement platform.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
- Actively engage with various sales leaders to share the marketing perspective and bring their voice into marketing decision making.
Qualifications
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field in required
- 3-5 years in marketing campaigns or sales enablement (including internships)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have experience in marketing campaigns, project work, and working with sales teams
- Strong project management skills with experience in tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, and similar
- Strong verbal /writing skills, communication, and customer service experience
- Knowledge with Google Analytics, paid search, SEO, a plus
- Knowledge of Seismic sales enablement platform, and MS Dynamics, a plus
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn

- Less than 5% travel required

Summary

The **Marketing Campaign Associate** is a key team member responsible for participating in planning and execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a hands-on executor with a strong background in project management and sales enablement who will work across departments including Marketing, Sales, SEALS, and others to coordinate campaigns. The responsibilities will include ensuring that all campaigns are executed as per strategy, with all marketing collateral executed on time, and ensuring clear, consistent communications across all stakeholders. In this role, the individual will make a direct contribution to supporting and expanding our lead generation capabilities with specific focus on marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, including production, deployment, management of timelines, communication to sales, sales follow-up, and monitoring campaign results.
+ Under direction from the Marketing Director, collaborate with sales teams to create and implement campaigns for lead generation.
+ Provide project management support to all stakeholders including content, design, digital, and lead management teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
+ Use project management tools to track progress, ensure on-time delivery, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
+ Under guidance from Director of Marketing Operations and Communications, analyze campaign performance and share insights to optimize future campaign efforts.
+ Create sales announcements and sales communication materials to educate sales on the latest campaigns and marketing assets available.
+ Work with sales teams to promote use of our sales enablement platform.
+ Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
+ Actively engage with various sales leaders to share the marketing perspective and bring their voice into marketing decision making.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements** :
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required
+ 3-5 years in marketing campaigns or sales enablement (including internships)
+ Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Must have experience in marketing campaigns, project work, and working with sales teams
+ Strong project management skills with experience in tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, and similar
+ Strong verbal /writing skills, communication, and customer service experience
+ Knowledge with Google Analytics, paid search, SEO, a plus
+ Knowledge of Seismic sales enablement platform, and MS Dynamics, a plus
+ Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
+ Team player
+ Less than 5% travel required
