USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
**Messaging Lead**
+ Leads the provisioning and support of enterprise end user messaging services including email and chat.
+ Leads the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of messaging services.
+ Analyzes message traffic metrics and develops reports.
+ Provides daily operations support for Office 365 production and test tenants as well as managing configuring services and features.

The likely salary range for this position is $140,250 - $189,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Support the creation of new user accounts and delete old user accounts in accordance with customer procedures and policies using Googles CPanel and other Microsoft tools.
+ Provide training for new users on accessing, sending and receiving email.
+ Monitor accounts for data storage use and provide regular reports containing data storage that exceeds determined amounts.
+ Respond to and resolve end-user email problems.
+ Recommend email architectures and upgrades, including performing cost benefit analysis and project plan contributions.
+ Install, document, define and support all email system activities related to the customer's email systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree, MSP Exchange, MCSE or equivalent required
+ 5+ years of technical experience with additional experience in supporting, managing and architecting enterprise email systems, mobile device management (i.e., MaaS 360) and working knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino databases

Functions as the engineer for Email & Messaging platforms, with primary accountability for Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection / Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Cisco Secure Email (IronPort/ESA or CES), secure SMTP relay, and hybrid Exchange services. + 2+ years engineering Exchange Online and EOP / Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (policy design, Safe Links/Attachments, Threat Explorer, AIR, quarantine workflows).
+ 2+ years administering Cisco Secure Email (IronPort/ESA or CES): listeners, SMTP Auth, TLS, content filters, DLP, quarantine/SMAs, TAC engagement.
+ Proven ability integrating with Microsoft 365 security tooling, as well as other security tooling such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, Abnormal Security, etc.
+ Messaging security standards expertise with proficiency of new security technologies related to messaging, such as ICES

The salary range for this position is $84,900 to $134,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.

The base salary for this position is $00,000 - 150,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions, are 150,000 - 200,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
