    Who We Are

    Merch Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is part of the Merchandising department and owns outsourced vendor partnerships, ensuring all offshore workflows within the network are operating at optimal cost, staffing and process efficiencies. They govern the spend for each line of business (LoB) and broadly across the vendor network by establishing spend targets with FP&A and monitoring actuals. They streamline the process of onboarding, training, cross-utilizing, and measuring performance of vendors so that they are operating at maximum efficiency and meeting stakeholder established SLAs. As the needs of BPOs stakeholders evolve with the implementation of tech automation and new initiatives, BPO consistently evaluates the network to ensure it is equipped with the right size, skills, diversification, and rate structures.

    What Youll Do

    The Merch BPO Associate is responsible for facilitating the management of an existing ~1,000 agents offshored operation as well as new offshore program onboarding. This role will be key to standardizing offshore labor spend processes from various angles. The person in this role will also work cross-functionally with offshore stakeholders to guide them through new task onboarding, to facilitate training and BPO guidebook maintenance. Moreover, he/she will work closely with vendors facilitating performance improvement plans and quarterly business reviews. The role will have direct interaction with our vendors across 4 countries (India, Vietnam, the Philippines, Columbia) and key stakeholders in Merchandising, including Product Addition, Enrichment and Findability. Its an exciting, unique role, combining partner relationships, cross-functional collaboration with other Wayfair departments, process optimization, and reporting.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assist with gathering, processing and reporting monthly financial forecasts and invoicing information for the Merchandising STO.

    • Monitor overtime and flexing hours to ensure optimal agent distribution

    • Work with stakeholders to ensure that staffing requirements are met and are at appropriate seasonal levels.

    • Assist with developing, updating and distributing non-spend related reporting.

    What Youll Need

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, operations, engineering or related field

    • Entry level or 1-3 years experience in a financial analysis, operations, or other related fields

    • Proficient with Excel/Google sheets; SQL/GBQ experience a plus.

    • Excellent attention to detail, proactively identifying deviations from expectations and driving solutions

    • A proactive problem-solver and process-improver, able to manage and prioritize multiple on-going projects and pivot nimbly to accommodate changing strategies.

  • Assume responsibility/overall management for the assigned outsourced CDI engagements that are either supplemental or total outsourced programs while assisting Consulting Services in obtaining set revenue goals.

  • Monitors and manages relationships with contracted vendors and facilitates the resolution of issues and conflicts

  • Directly supervise and provide expertise to the CDI staff to assure target quality and production levels

  • Continually measure the effectiveness of CDI operations, identify areas for improvement, monitor trends and develop plans of action for and any identified problem areas

  • Provides direct supervision to assigned CDI through leadership, coaching, training and development, allocating work assignments, review of progress in achieving objectives, managing employee compensation, performance appraisals, diversity, disability, all relevant employee data, etc. Understands and enforces corporate/location policies and procedures. Takes appropriate action to address policy violations.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

AND seven (7) years of acute care CDI management experience.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of acute care CDI management experience.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • CCDS certification or valid RN license with minimum of five (5) years acute care experience

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in HIM, Nursing, or other healthcare clinical background from an accredited institution

  • Preferred 10+ years in management of CDI or Health Information Management (HIM) services consulting or coding functions in mid-to-large size acute care hospital setting or 10+ years in management of outsourced CDI group

  • Strong ICD-10-CM/PCS coding, ICD-10-CM/PCS Coding Guidelines and DRG methodologies experience; Working knowledge of risk-adjusted methodologies (e.g., APR DRGs) and quality of care measures (e.g., HACs, PSIs)

  • Deep understanding of clinical documentation, medical record coding, healthcare billing and revenue cycle management

  • Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work independently and produce excellent results

Position Summary: The Trust Operations Outsourcing Specialist performs critical securities related functions for banks that are outsourced by Infovisa Wealth Services. Individuals in this position will confirm and settle trades daily, post income to accounts, process corporate action elections and announcements, as well as other related functions.

Essential Functions
  • Monitor and process trades for all security types according to client instructions and custody vendor reports.
  • Accurately post income to trust accounts when notified by custody vendor that money has been received.
  • Perform reconciliations, on various frequencies, of client cash and securities custodial accounts.
  • Setup and maintain securities on the MAUI trust accounting system.
  • Assist in developing and updating procedures to ensure accuracy, usability and efficiency.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to banks that are outsourced.
  • Post recurring cash transactions as instructed by the outsourced bank.
  • Communicate wire and settlement amounts to the outsourced bank.
  • Download, import and export data to various third parties on behalf of the outsourced bank.
  • Monitor securities for pricing exceptions and communicate as needed to the outsourced bank.
  • Prepare fee-related reports to the outsourced bank and update fees as instructed.
  • Maintain and build reports within the MAUI trust accounting system for use by staff of Infovisa Wealth Services and the outsourced banks.
  • Meet SLA requirements for all tasks for multiple outsourced banks.
  • Assist in training of new staff of Infovisa Wealth Services and the outsourced banks.
  • Cross-train and provide backup on all duties of the company.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
