Test services include regression testing, new feature testing, accessibility testing using diversity workforce, localisation testing to support international marketplace testing and interoperability testing across 1P / 3P devices for services.
We support a total of 65+ product teams including Amazon Devices (Alexa Devices, Health & Wellness, Ring etc.), Consumer apps and services (Audible, Delivery Apps, etc.), AWS (WorkDocs, Chime etc.), Advertising Engineering (Kindle Special Offer, IMDb TV etc.) and Amazon Video and Studios.
Basic Qualifications
Graduate, preferably in a quantitative field of study with relevant exp of 2 to 3 years Familiarity using computer and software Experience using any gadgets or devices Good communication skills, detailed oriented and be a team player Capability to follow defined processes and adhere to policies

The Quality Services Coordinator is responsible for the quality activities for the Youth and Family Services and the Adult Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Services programs. This person will assist in organization-wide quality activities under the direction of the Director of Quality Services within the Quality Assurance & Research Team.

Minimum Qualifications:
* The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, two years of experience in support of social service programs, and demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
* Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Experience with diverse community populations including young adults and adults with behavioral health needs, New Jersey regulatory bodies, New Jersey Medicaid, and/or Managed Care is highly preferable.
* Knowledge of electronic health record applications is a plus.
Quality Services Coordinator Principal Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Director in daily quality service operations of Northern New Jersey programs.
* Collaborates with program teams during accreditation periods. Provide training and guidance to program teams in accreditation standards during off-cycle timeframes.
* Collaborates with program teams during licensure reviews. Provide training and guidance to program teams in licensure, government partner, and organizational standards.
* Works closely with the Director to prepare for and facilitate monthly and quarterly meetings including but not limited to site safety, incident review, performance improvement, and infection control.
* Primary contact for AWARDS Help Desk inquiries; finding resolutions and providing support.
* Supports the Quality Assurance & Research department with other organization-wide activities including but not limited to internal audits, mock surveys, individual served satisfaction surveys, program outcomes, policy review and other performance improvement initiatives as assigned.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $36,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
