**Job Details**
**Compensation:** Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $10-$1 per hour plus 13- 15 per hour in tips.
**Work Schedule:** The work schedule for this position is dependent upon resort business volumes which will be discussed during the interview. Seeking Open Availability & Weekend Availability associates.

**SUMMARY**
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.

Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location. Practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette. Posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks. - 10%
Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously. Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed. Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests. - 20%
Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries. Provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area. Delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested. Shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by the location. - 10%
Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys. Consistently completes and maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey and claim check receipt from all vehicles taken into the valet system. Consistently completes location on all key tags after parking vehicle. Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed. - 35%

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
**Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:**
+ Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
**Work Experience:**
+ One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
**Knowledge:**
+ Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
**Skills:**
+ Ability to read and write standard English language
+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
+ Ability to write simple correspondence

**Job Summary**
The Multi-Functional Resort Associate is a cross-functional position that is responsible for two or more functions within various daily resort operations. This position ensures that all owners, guests and associates receive our Hospitality with Heart service.
**Essential Job Responsibilities**
Performs at least two resort functions on a regular basis. The following functions are the most common, but are not an exhaustive list of functions that may be performed by this role:

+ Cleans resort units to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
+ Maintains and adheres to housekeeping detail standards. Cleans, vacuums, dusts, and sanitizes bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. Makes beds. Replenishes supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries. Sorts, counts, folds, mark, or carries linens.
+ Inspects resort units, ensuring they are clean, functional, and sanitized for owners and guests
+ Report status of assignments and communicate readiness of units to Guest Services using property management system.
+ Records, delegates and monitors Housekeeping and Maintenance activity using HotSOS or manual tracking.
+ Maintains resort interior by dusting and polishing furniture, counters, mirrors, fixtures; washing floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing and mopping floors; cleaning and vacuuming carpets; re-supplying restrooms and locker rooms with necessary paper products.
+ Removes trash and maintains interior appearance by picking up debris, emptying containers, transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Chef leads and elevates Stratton's culinary operations across restaurants, quick-service outlets, and catering. This role combines creative menu development with strong financial and operational leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and profitability. The Executive Chef is a hands-on leader who inspires and develops teams, ensures food quality and safety, and helps shape the future of Stratton's dining culture. This is a full-time year-round role, eligible for our major medical benefits, annual incentive program, and flex time off. The compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Lead and mentor multi-outlet culinary teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Partner with the F&B Director on budgets, food cost management, and operational efficiency
  • Develop creative, seasonal menus and innovative catering programs
  • Oversee food safety, training, and compliance to maintain high standards and inspection results
  • Standardize operations with recipes, SOPs, and inventory practices for consistency and efficiency
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and drive profitability through menu engineering and cost control


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Culinary Degree, preferred

Experience:
  • Multi-outlet leader in a resort, hotel, or high-volume environment, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrated strength in financial management, food costing, and labor control.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Workday, FoodTrak, US Foods platform, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coaching skills to build a positive, high-performing team.
  • Passion for food, leadership, and the outdoor lifestyle; ski resort experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work the following roles: Lift Operations, Ticket Checking, Retail, Rental, Ticket & Product Sales, Restaurant Crew, Parking attendant, and Base Area Operator
  • Act as a flexible resource for various projects and events
  • Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority
  • Commit to guest satisfaction and assume responsibility for guest care and solving problems
  • Answer guest questions by becoming a resort operations and services expert
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work 35 to 40+ hours per week (full-time)
  • Must be able stand outside in a mountain environment for long periods of time
