**Job Summary**
Responsible for all outgoing machine shipments ensuring all Morbark LLC processes are followed. This position is a direct line of communication with Logistics Control.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Be a point of contact between Morbark, LLC. and Logistics Control when dealing with all items pertaining to shipping equipment
+ Prepare for shipment and load finished equipment on approved trucks including creating and preparing all necessary tools, documentation, and securing devices to ensure safe shipment of equipment
+ Assist in existing procedures regarding equipment shipping.
+ Produce and maintain all exit photos and place them in applicable internet locations.
+ Weigh outbound equipment for shipping
+ Create weight, VIN and tire labels and ensure they are placed where applicable on all wheeled equipment
+ Keep track of the status of equipment in process and advise when opportunities are discovered
+ Have the ability to operate lift trucks, heavy load lift trucks, and hoists proficiently, as well as ability to operate basic power tools to help with packing equipment
+ Create and maintain equipment location map for all Inventory Equipment
+ Interface with multiple departments to gather necessary load information and requirements to achieve successful loads.
**Education and Experience Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required
+ Ability to comprehend given instructions.
+ Ability to handle multitask job effectively and efficiently.
+ Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.
+ Must have the ability to work unsupervised
+ Must have the ability to work safely at a high rate of production.
+ Reading, writing and general math
+ Team player, able to work effectively in a group (Team) environment
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other computer task.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Requires regular sitting on a powered industrial truck
+ Requires unimpaired speech, hearing, and sight
+ Continuous postural changes and adjusting body positions to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
