**Job Details**
**Compensation:** Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15.00 per hour. The hourly base pay range for this position is $5- 17 per hour.
**Work Schedule:** **The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday - 8AM-4:30PM.**

**SUMMARY**
The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for efficiently directing vehicular traffic in designated areas as directed while providing exceptional hospitality services. The Traffic Coordinator is also responsible, as directed, for properly issuing valet parking tickets to patients/guests while following the mystery shop standards with each arrival. The Traffic Coordinator, when required, is also responsible for upholding sites management teams parking policy and procedures and when required, is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.

**Education:**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Be a point of contact between Morbark, LLC. and Logistics Control when dealing with all items pertaining to shipping equipment

Robert Half Marketing and Creative Atlanta is looking Traffic Manager to join a growing agency team in Midtown Atlanta. The Traffic Manager will facilitate workflow on retail and channel graphic projects. Duties include managing internal traffic systems, creating schedules and tracking project progress, routing work for review and approval, archiving files and assets and opening and closing projects. This position partners and builds strong relationships with internal clients and team members. This position is regarded by the client as a trusted advisor and works closely with the designers, and account/project managers to set project milestones, create project timelines and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand. The Traffic Manager must have a thorough understanding of the creative/print production process.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7+ years of experience in marketing and/or advertising, with a focus on Visual Merchandising and/or brand management, project management or comparable experience with progressively expanding responsibilities.
· Background in the retail services industry preferred, and/or background in advertising/design agencies.
· Well-rounded knowledge of print production, brand development, strategic planning and the design industry.
· Must be proactive, collaborative, driven and seek excellence in execution of tasks.
· Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills.
· Proven track record with strong and effective customer relationships and solution delivery.
· Self-motivated, independent, creative, energetic, assertive approach.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
· Excellent interpersonal skills; experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams, internally and client-side.
· Knowledge of administrative software, including Microsoft Access; basic working knowledge of design or development skills/software (Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design and Photoshop, etc.)

Pay: $18-$0/hr
Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments. Plan and direct driver's assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers
+ May receive, count and log cash received by carriers
+ Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to make sure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely
+ Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system
+ Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals
+ Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary
+ Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
+ Basic math skills may be required at some facilities
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required
+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear, may be required at some facilities
+ May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
+ Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Pay Range:$15.43 - 26.06
