Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position. During the off season you may assist with tasks indoors .
Key Responsibilities of the Outdoor Maintenance Technician:
- Dock Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of docks and associated structures to identify and address any issues such as rot, corrosion, or damage.
- Repair and Replacement: Perform repairs and replacements of dock components including boards, pilings, cleats, and ladders as needed to maintain structural integrity.
- Marina Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair marina equipment such as power washers, pump out, and bubblers, hoists and gangways to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Physical Requirements:
- Work tasks may be performed both indoors and outdoors. Will encounter variable outdoor weather conditions, including hot, cold, windy and wet weather.

**Location:** Salisbury, NC
**Pay:** 1st Shift - $12.00/hr | 2nd Shift - $3.00/hr **PLUS** 2/hr attendance bonus
**Schedules:**
+ **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, occasional Saturdays
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, occasional Saturdays
We're hiring **Facilities Maintenance team members** for both 1st and 2nd shift!
**This is an active role that involves plenty of walking, equipment upkeep, and ensuring our facility runs smoothly. Forklift experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.**
**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform general upkeep and maintenance around the facility.
+ Keep walkways, production areas, and equipment in safe condition.
+ Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed).
+ Support team members to keep operations running efficiently.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Willingness to be on your feet and walk for long periods.
+ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Our partners are a commercial retail facilities services organization, looking for reliable, and handy tradespeople for field operations. Job entails facilities maintenance at commercial retail locations in Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati (and beyond). Mostly third shift (M-F, flexible).

Experience needed:
- Minor plumbing and electrical repair and installation
