About the Role:
We're hiring a Scheduler & Quality Control Coordinator who can take the lead on organizing inbound shipments, keeping production quality on track, and supporting our commitment to compliance, customer satisfaction, and NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards. This role calls for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is sharp with details, and knows how to collaborate across logistics, production, and QA teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
Logistics & Scheduling:
- Plan and manage inbound container schedules to avoid delays and maximize workflow efficiency.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery coordination.
- Maintain clear records of shipments, verifying inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Quality Monitoring on the Floor:
- Perform daily checks on production lines to confirm products meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Flag any inconsistencies or quality issues in raw materials or finished goods.
- Partner with production leadership to apply fixes and reinforce consistent quality control practices.
Customer Feedback & Resolution:
- Respond to customer concerns related to quality, document findings, and coordinate solutions.
- Track complaint trends and suggest changes to help prevent repeat issues.
- Work closely with sourcing and production teams to improve product reliability.
Compliance & Audit Support:
- Ensure product standards align with NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) guidelines and other regulatory expectations.
- Keep documentation current for all audits and internal reviews.
- Help prep for third-party inspections by running mock audits and closing any gaps found.
- Track and implement corrective actions from previous audit results.
Packaging Oversight:
- Approve packaging designs and make sure all box materials meet branding and compliance specs.
- Coordinate incoming shipments of packaging materials, verifying counts and product IDs.
- Check packaging quality for any damage or defects and log results.
- Communicate with warehouse teams on proper storage and handling procedures.
- Keep clear inspection records, including box photos, batch details, and dates.
- Ensure all packaging used meets specifications for NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) compliance.
What You Bring:
- Experience in logistics, scheduling, or quality control-ideally in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Solid organizational habits with the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.
- Comfortable working across departments and communicating clearly.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory or scheduling software.
- Strong writing and documentation skills with a focus on accuracy.

Job Summary

- Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary.
- Possess the ability to comply with all established methods, safety standards, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.
