Opportunity Overview :

- Tidies and Cleans Work Area at the End of His/Her Shift.
- Assists with Ingredient Staging as needed or Required by Receiving and Shipping Lead
- Prepares Packing Slips for Deliveries and Bill of Ladings for Outbound Shipments as needed to support Receiving and Shipping Team
- Takes pictures of loaded goods in outbound trailers to establish proof of load.
- Makes sure outgoing trucks are sealed and trucker identification information has been properly recorded before releasing truck drivers

Summary
**
This is a high energy level position responsible for managing the receipt and internal delivery of materials. This position requires a high level of accuracy processing all shipments receipts into our ERP system. Contact with Accounts Payable and purchasing is key following up with discrepancies.

Receive all inbound shipments via small package, common carrier, and private carriers
Update Navision (ERP) inventory system with quantities received
Work with Customer Service to allocate inventory upon receipt
Physically remove parts from inbound LTL and small parcel deliveries in a manner the follows all safety guidelines
Manage all receiving requirements flagged for quality inspection and ensure proper documentation is retained for verification
Ensure all parts are unpacked and checked to ensure quality and accuracy before being delivered to their appropriate warehouse location for assembly
Work with the Procurement group to ensure that all receiving discrepancies are adjusted as required
Put away parts after received
Works closely with the accounting group on discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following the 5S principles
Operate a narrow aisle or sit-down fork truck a plus
Follow all safety requirements

Position – Warehouse, Assembly & Inventory Specialist
Job Location – Oconomowoc, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 4:00pm Mon-Thurs)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience $18-$5 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Basic Duties:
To ship, receive, and deliver supplies, materials and equipment, and maintain inventory control and records; perform related work.
Responsibilities
- Receives and unloads freight manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; checks for damaged goods; verifies quantity and quality of order; verifies items received with purchase order.
- Wraps, packages, and ships parts; delivers and retrieves supplies and parts to and from work or storage areas; tags and issues supplies; stock shelves and rotates inventory.
- May inspect parts (including incoming and outgoing) using predetermined gauging instruments such as micrometers, verniers, comparator and other job specific gaging to maintain specified requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: handling, storing, and shipping materials or supplies; operating material handling equipment and basic power and hand tools; accessing information on a computer; reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Willingness to be trained on the operation of power and/or hand tools; greet individuals, and bend, stoop, lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds; stand and walk continuously throughout an 8 hour shift; clean and maintain a safe working environment.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Material Handler is responsible for supporting the shipping and receiving operations at RealTruck. Key duties include managing bills of lading (BOLs), loading and unloading trucks, stocking inventory, maintaining inventory control, and operating forklifts. This role also involves transporting materials via box truck between local RealTruck facilities (Old Hickory and Madison), with travel distances of less than 10 miles each way. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
CORE FUNCTIONS
• Efficiently moves material to and from point of use, ensuring product quality is maintained.
• Transports materials between local RealTruck warehouses using an automatic box truck (Old Hickory and Madison plants less than 10 miles apart)
• Receives and ships materials, handling relevant shipping related documents
• Maintain accurate inventory; conducts cycle counts; transfers product in WMS; investigates and resolves variances.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and supervisors/leads.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
· Skilled in the operation of powered industrial trucks, pallet jack, tape gun.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to count and perform basic math.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· This position is subject to Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Visual Acuity
· The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment. The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services, general labor, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection, etc.). The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
Working Conditions
· The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
