Summary: The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging pharmaceutical products by operating, maintaining, and cleaning equipment according to cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures. This temp-to-perm role involves hands-on execution of manufacturing and packaging processes in a regulated environment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and documentation. It is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to support continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
All Shifts Available:
- A Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- B Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- C Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
- Must be available for a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
Pay:
- $18.00 per hour + 10% B Shift Differential and 15% C Shift Differential
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, clean, and maintain production and packaging equipment in accordance with SOPs.

Review production schedules and ensure all necessary supplies, materials, and documents are available.

Qualifications:

As a Packaging Associate, you'll perform a variety of tasks within our dynamic warehouse environment to support production efficiency.
