**Your Impact:**
+ Lead the creative vision and design strategy for brand and consumer packaging design projects across Conagra's 90+ brands in multiple categories for the US, Canada and Mexico teams; ensuring differentiation between brands, and demonstratinga high level of design strategy and storytelling abilities to drive exceptional creative direction.
+ Direct and mentor a team of designers, ensuring consistent quality and innovative solutions.
+ Responsible for the sourcing and management of agency relationshipsalong with day-to-day liaison with agency.
+ Accountable for overall packaging design budget and maintaining budgets while ensuring design delivers visual and financial success atshelf.
+ Responsible for training the organization on design best practices, and ways of working.
+ External Focus - continually stay attuned of the latest industry, consumer, technology and design trends to keep our brands and process relevant.
+ Present creative concepts and strategies directly to C-level clients.
+ Oversee the development of brand identity systems and packaging architecture design.
+ Lead design and guide teams through end-to-end packaging design, photography, copywriting, digital asset management and production.
+ Apply behavioral science principles to design execution. Use data-drive decision-making across design process.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Media, and Commerce, to create a cohesive and meaningful vision from blank slates and ensure content creation captures all business needs.
+ Exercise a diplomatic leadership style that balances nurturing creative talent with delivering results.
+ Communicate effectively by translating between "creative speak" and "business speak."
+ Navigate corporate environments while protecting creative integrity.
**Your Experience:**
+ 10+ years in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) packaging design, with proven portfolio and 5+ years in a leadership role.
+ Experience with major retailers and global CPG brands.
+ Strong understanding of retail environments and shelf impact.
+ Experience balancing creative excellence with business objectives.
+ Strong commercial acumen and strategic brand understanding.
+ Deep knowledge of packaging production processes and materials.
+ Experience managing and growing creative teams.
+ Expert understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics.
+ Outstanding communication, listening, compromising skills.
+ Proactive, solutions-orientation with a history of solving unique, complex problems that have a broad, inter-connected impact on the business.

**Compensation:**
Pay Range:$133,000-$197,000
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience, OR 9+ years of relevant work experience without a degree.

Proven track record recruiting in a design/creative environment (in-house or agency), ideally within apparel, footwear, or consumer brands.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches at once, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, portfolio review, and design-specific sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and business partners.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.

Experience recruiting across both product design (apparel, footwear, graphics) and brand creative (marketing, content, digital design).

LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS/Boolean training, or similar sourcing certifications.

Knowledge of the global design talent market, industry trends, and creative networks.

Purpose of Role
Recruiting is a key component to the success of Under Armour. As a Contract Sr. Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top creative talent across our Product Design (Apparel & Footwear) and Brand Creative teams. This role requires a strong eye for design talent - someone who understands creative portfolios, can recognize exceptional design ability, and knows how to engage with designers and creative professionals. You will partner closely with Design and Creative leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure a strong pipeline of diverse talent for critical design roles.
Your Impact

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level design and creative positions, with an emphasis on Product Design (Apparel & Footwear) and Brand Creative.
