+ Design, test, and deliver new and revised packaging concepts focusing on innovation, sustainability, functionality, and value.
+ Manage the entire lifecycle of packaging materials from raw sourcing to post-consumer stream, ensuring quality and compliance.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a **Packaging Engineer/Project Manager** to lead packaging initiatives from concept through production, ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective solutions. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage product launch timelines, and support packaging development, testing, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional project timelines.
+ Design and validate primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components.
+ Analyze packaging requirements based on product specifications and compliance standards.
+ Interface with customers, R&D, Quality, and Account Managers throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Develop packaging documentation, including BOMs, test protocols, and label artwork.
+ Maintain packaging specifications and database; ensure ERP system accuracy.
+ Support pilot production runs, fill tests, stability studies, and cost-saving initiatives.
+ Update project progress in Monday.com and internal tracking systems.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
+ 2+ years experience in packaging development, consumer packaging, or related field.
+ Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Illustrator, CAPE or TOPPS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Knowledge of packaging standards (ISO, ASTM) and validation processes.
+ Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills (PMP certification a plus).
+ Experience with rapid prototyping and process improvement methodologies.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
+ Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.INDBH
