Overview

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day paid search digital marketing efforts for a smaller subset of clinics. This includes driving campaign execution and optimization for all Search Pay-Per-Click (PPC) performance campaigns in partnership with internal and external partners. Manages effective lead capture for all digital sourced calls, online form fills, and online appointments focused on maximizing new patient acquisition as cost efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining media campaign development and activation on search channels.

• Gather research necessary to build a new campaign.

• Assist team in gathering necessary data for plan development.

• Responsible for trafficking approved plan.

• Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.

• Monitor and manage performance and competitive landscape.

• Monitor and optimize paid search performance to meet business objectives.

• Develop optimization recommendations and/or testing plans.

• Utilize bid management tools as well as Google, Bing platforms to build campaigns, implement optimizations, pull reporting, and QA campaigns.

• Pull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and help build insights.

• Granular maintenance of monthly billing cycle.

• Resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with client strategy and billing reconciliation team.

• Learn all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis as well as bid management platforms, GA4, Google Trends, etc.

• Stay informed on search industry trends and new tools and ad formats.

Qualifications

Education & experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

• 1-3 years in digital marketing client-side or agency experience, including paid search, organic search, display, retargeting.

• Recent Google AdWords Certification preferred.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proficient in math.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Overall interest in and understanding of how consumers leverage search media in the decision path.

• Successful completion of training programs and requisite certifications required.

• Analyze DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide test results and develop/assist with documenting open findings in the Plan of Action and Milestones

A combined total of ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in all of the following functional areas:

• Computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity policies
• National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) Total Ship Computing Environment (TSCE) Program requirements and mission, ship install requirements, and protocols (preferred)
• Risk Management Framework (RMF), and the implementation of Cybersecurity and IA boundary defense techniques and various IA-enabled appliances. Examples of these appliances and applications are Firewalls, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Switch/Routers, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), EMASS and, Endpoint Security Solution (ESS)
• Performing STIG implementation
• Performing vulnerability assessments with the ACAS tool
• Remediating vulnerability findings to include implementing vendor patches on both Linux and Windows Operating systems

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $160,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.

FTAC

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tester to join our team. As an AI Tester, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating a system’s performance using AI frameworks to meet the customer’s requirements.

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

• United States citizen
• Experience in using AI to support test planning/management, analyze requirements, identify risks, and create test requirements
• Skilled in AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and/or Keras
• Understanding of and experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence testing
• Interfacing with range sensors to gather data for testing
• Understanding when tests apply to specific types of autonomy testing on the range
• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with development teams
• Capacity to identify user needs and design solutions to address complex problems 

• Test/use the test harness developed by the team in real AI test events
• Make recommendations to AI developers (customers) and test harness developers based on test event results
• Work with customer to understand needs; especially to prioritize elements of the workflow for different use cases and recommend feature changes to the development team and report bugs in expected vs real operation

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
• International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) - AI Testing certification or similar
