What you be doing in this role:
We are looking for a skilled Paid Search Strategist to elevate our paid search marketing. In this role, you will be required to develop, implement, manage, and analyze our paid search advertising. You will work on our marketing technology team, collaborating closely with our marketing, communications, and web teams along with partners and key collaborators to create campaigns that maximize online presence and conversions.
To ensure success as a Paid Search Strategist, you should be experienced at planning, designing, buying, and managing paid search marketing campaigns. You will be proficient in data analytics, meeting deadlines, communication and presentation, providing meaningful data-driven recommendations, and adhering to paid search and healthcare industry best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluates, analyzes and develops recommendations on strategy and business opportunities for Cedars-Sinai Health System based on media investment, expectations, outcomes, processes, and timelines.
- Identifies and presents new opportunities and test pilots for paid search advertising.
- Works with Marketing and Communications teams and partners to convert strategy and business plans into implementation plans. Supports monitoring of implemented strategies and regular review of business plan targets.
- Manages paid search campaigns aligned with campaign and business goals while ensuring adherence to the latest industry best practices.
- Manages large-scale budgets and ensures cost-effective strategies.
- Refines SEM processes for efficiency, targeting, and data accuracy.
- Stays updated on industry trends and integrates new strategies.
- Develops regular and detailed performance analyses, including performance efficiency along with establishing and measuring against baselines, benchmarks, and projections.
- Ensures accurate tracking and data reporting for clear insights.
- Prepares and defines comprehensive market and trend assessments or analyses that may include demand and investment forecasts, competitor analyses, risk assessments, and the research, monitoring, evaluation of key market trends.
- Responds timely, effectively, and appropriately to deliverables.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, or digital marketing or a similar relevant major required.
At least four (4) years’ experience as a paid search marketer or in the paid search space highly preferred.
Certification(s) as a PPC/paid search specialist or strategist highly preferred.
Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads highly preferred.
Experience with Search Ads 360 enterprise search management platform preferred.
Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Skills/Experience Sought:
Passionate about marketing and search marketing.
Up-to-date knowledge of SEM platforms and trends.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $57,973.76 to $72,467.20. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Skills & Experience

The base salary compensation range for this role is $57,973.76 to $72,467.20. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.

- Continually update and align paid search strategies with new and emerging best practices to improve quality and efficiency
- Building paid search campaigns for clients across a wide variety of industries, inclusive of campaign structure, ad copy, keyword selection, and additional inputs to drive success
- Communicating and recommending strategic plans to client teams to improve performance
- Communicating and collaborating with paid search, account management, and other internal agency teams to drive innovation
- Pulling reports and providing campaign recommendations for internal managers
- Assist the Paid Media Manager and Sr. Director of Paid Media with process documentation

Qualifications:
