Vice President Global Strategic Alliance - Palo Alto Networks:
The Vice President of Strategic Global Alliance - Palo Alto Networks will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships and alliances on a global scale. This role is crucial in driving growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring that partnership strategies align with NTT Data and Palo Alto Networks overarching goals. The Alliance leader will collaborate with regional teams including sales/GTM teams, manage pipeline activities, generate new leads, oversee certifications, and leverage investments available through partner programs. Additionally, they will be responsible for working with various capability teams for building joint solutions, integrating across one NTT Data Platforms and managing contractual commitments with the partner. This role encompasses responsibilities across NTT Data's global footprint.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the overall NTT DATA Palo Alto Networks Alliances partner strategy, business plan, and execution.
- Foster and maintain senior executive relationships between NTT DATA and Palo Alto Networks to ensure top-down support for the partnership.
- Develop strategic relationships between Palo Alto Networks and NTT DATA sales teams, marketing, digital practices, portfolio owners, and delivery organizations to advance the goals of the partnership.
- Enable and own pipeline and TCV growth for the Palo Alto Networks partnership in collaboration with Alliances practice/GTM leadership.
- Guide regional alliances teams and leadership to field execution with Palo Alto Networks, with an emphasis on generating new leads.
- Ensure certification targets required for partnership and practice success are met within NTT DATA.
- Drive profitable growth by maximizing Palo Alto Networks partner funding and related incentives/programs.
- Solidify industry focus and required joint solutions, in alignment with practice and offerings organization in HQ and at regional levels.
- Facilitate strategy and coverage (in collaboration with Partner Marketing) for large Palo Alto Networks events.
- Manage required contractual commitments with Palo Alto Networks in line with partnership agreements.
- Ensure operational components of the partnership are met; establish processes and oversight for logging deals in the partners portal to unlock available funding and meet program metrics.
- Align partnership activities across the broader NTT DATA organizations, ensuring alignment across North America, EMEAL, and Japan organizations. Work with the GTM to do balance growth by maintain a target across on-prem solutions with premium support/services, as well as managed/aaS.
- Be an active thought leader within the broader alliances organization, taking on projects that will enable all alliances to thrive.
Qualifications:
- Experienced alliance executive with minimum of 10+ years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing Palo Alto Networks or other Security tech platform vendors preferred
- Some understanding of Palo Alto Networks partner programs and processes
- Experience in large corporate environments with ability to influence and align across divisional lines
- Experience enabling Palo Alto Networks (Or other Security tech platform vendor Google, MS, Zscaler, Checkpoint, Cisco) partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
- Skilled program manager
- Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization; international work experience preferred
- Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (Palo Alto Networks a plus)
- Palo Alto Networks (or Other Security Platforms) Certifications a plus.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% (align with NTTs post-COVID travel guidance)
- Bachelors degree
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing Security partnerships
- 5+ years experience enabling Security partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience at Tier 1, a global IT services company
- 5+ years of global leadership experience at an Executive level

A Network Security Engineer with Palo Alto CNSE certification and VPN expertise is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure network infrastructure. This role ensures the protection of an organization's data and assets by managing firewalls, securing remote access, and monitoring network traffic for threats.
Key Components of the Role:
- Responsibilities :
- Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and secure network architecture .
- Perform network risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Design and enforce access control policies and segmentation strategies.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents or suspicious network behavior.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Key Tasks :
- Expertly configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls using features like App-ID, User-ID, and Content-ID.
- Manage and optimize security policies , NAT , and traffic inspection .
- Utilize Panorama for centralized firewall management.
- Troubleshoot complex network security issues related to Palo Alto products.
- Implement advanced threat prevention and zero trust models using Palo Alto technologies.
- Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage IPSec, SSL, and client-based VPNs .
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and VPN authentication failures .
- Ensure VPN solutions support MFA, strong encryption , and are aligned with corporate access policies .
- Monitor and audit VPN sessions to detect misuse or anomalies.
- Integrate VPN configurations with Palo Alto firewalls and cloud access controls.

- Working as part of the Security Architecture & Engineering team, assisting with ongoing, hands-on configuration and management of current and future network security technologies specifically related to Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Remote Application/Service Access (ZTNA).
- Building, implementing, and maintaining all network security solutions and technologies.
- Assisting with the design and implementation of security monitoring solutions such as SIEM and other tools.
- Designing and implementing network security on Azure cloud and on-premises environments.
- Developing technical solutions and security tools to help mitigate network security vulnerabilities.

- Expertise with threat detection and response tools and automation.
- Ability to stay positive and adapt quickly to changing business models, project requirements, and technologies.

- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including firewall (Palo Alto, etc.).
- Public Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of current network security issues and threats and how they can be manifested in complex environments, such as understanding of network fundamentals and common Internet protocols (Ethernet, ARP, IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, SSL, HTTP, DNS, BGP).
- Strong communication, consultative, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Understanding the best practices, risk & control frameworks, and applicable existing and new legal/regulatory requirements (ITAR, NIST 800-171, CMMC, data privacy and breach notification laws, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and SP 800-53 etc.).
- Security-related certifications such as OSCP, GCIH, GCIA, CCNP, CCNP Security, CCIE, Cloud Networking (Azure), Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Zscaler, and other security certifications.
