Sr Partner Program Manager
What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Program Manager to create clear, consistent and compelling content to drive awareness and adoption of our award-winning partner program. Reporting into the Senior Director of Worldwide Partner Programs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the cross-functional and global understanding of key tools, training and resources. This role combines partner and program knowledge with content strategy to accelerate various go-to-market initiatives, delivering measurable value to both Cloudflare and our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to showcase partner program value
- Lead the creation of program guides, infographics, presentations, web pages, blogs and videos
- Optimize content for various communication channels including partner portal, social media and events
- Document program policies and processes to fuel both Cloudflare and partner adoption
- Analyze program content performance metrics to optimize awareness strategies
- Work closely with program and partner leadership to align content with key business objectives
- Be a subject matter expert on partner program, providing guidance and support via new and existing communication vehicles to internal stakeholders and partners
- Help strengthen partner onboarding and compliance with clear, consistent and compelling program content
- Collect and manage field and partner feedback to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for mutual growth
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in content marketing, partner marketing, or partner program management
- Proven track record of developing program content that drives awareness and adoption
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with partners and within a partner or sales organization
- Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results
