General Position Summary:
Serve as a primary contact with new and existing partner organizations on American Indian reservations. Responsible for recruitment, eligibility, service match, inventory selections to support partner organizations, and partner retention. The Coordinator travels to the communities served to identify potential partners, assess need/opportunity and establish a relationship between PWNA and the Partner. This position is also responsible for the coordination and management of some seasonal special projects.
Essential Functions:
· Knowledgeable of PWNA services, selection criteria and guidelines.
· Knowledgeable of the service area, community needs, community strengths and reservation service structure, informed of changes
· Develop an outreach strategy for assigned areas of focus
· Process new referrals of program partners to work with

· Fully educate partner organizations on the benefits and requirements of working with PWNA

· Record all relevant information related to better serving the partner on the Partner Profile page in the ERP system.
Secondary Functions

Summary :
As a Junior Developer on the Strategic Partnership Development team, you will join a team of experienced professionals and aid them in creating new strategic partnerships and programs for the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for activities across three primary functions: Investor Relations, Partnership Structuring, and Project Management and Implementation. You will help design and craft the supporting materials for the internal business case, transaction design and structuring, and investor marketing process. Once an investor is identified, you will work with all internal and external stakeholders in the final design, approval and implementation of a new program. Participate in discussions with business segment leaders, heads of underwriting and credit officers to identify product needs and potential investors

The Vice President of M&A and Partnership Development, will play a critical role in KP-s overall enterprise strategy and growth and diversification agenda and will report to the SVP, Chief Business Development Officer. She/he will support the marketplace and enterprise efforts working with members of the national leadership team and market leadership teams. The VP, M&A and Partnership Development pursues identification, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations for the acquisition of additional physician practices, health plans, health systems, and other entities with the goal of expansion into key markets. The VP will have the responsibility for leading in the planning, building, development, and implementation of an enterprise business development function that supports the long-term objectives, mission and vision for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals (KFHP/H). She/he may lead projects independently up to $3 billion. The Vice President, M&A and Partnership Development will be a key member of the leadership team within Enterprise Strategy and Business Development (ESBD), partnering across the team to develop and manage enterprise strategic growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Leadership in Transactions: Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, prioritizing, evaluating, selecting, negotiating, and executing transactions based on strategic criteria. Ensure that each transaction aligns with the organization-s long-term goals and objectives.
+ Business Intelligence & Integration: Deliver actionable business intelligence and integration guidance to implementation teams, ensuring that strategic decisions are well-informed and effectively executed.
+ Business Development Execution: Define the objectives, scope, and deliverables for the business development function. Lead the successful execution of these deliverables, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

+ Executive & Board Communication/Approval: For each merger or acquisition, develop and deliver a methodology to gain support and approval from executive leadership and, when applicable, the KP Board of Directors.
