The Analyst Partnership Development, will support IFE&C monetization efforts across various verticals by managing existing marketing and advertising partnerships and driving new business growth across the JetBlue inflight experience. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with JetBlue's existing inflight entertainment partners with a focus on growth and renewal
  • Identify, conduct outreach, and pitch to new advertisers and partners for JetBlue's IFE&C products to drive incremental revenue growth
  • Create compelling advertiser proposals utilizing a mix of inflight media, live events at JFK, and custom aircraft liveries slated to deliver on partnership KPIs
  • Account manage day-to-day partnership operations including advertising campaign approvals, trafficking, and reporting
  • Develop an understanding of the entire inflight entertainment and connectivity ecosystem including complex tech stacks and technical specifications
  • Review and negotiate contracts and insertion orders with prospective partners
  • Create, maintain, and optimize processes to drive operational efficiencies
  • Ideate and implement new monetization opportunities leveraging existing technology, emerging technology, and through first-to-market partnerships
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous
  • One (1) year of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, business development, advertising or other revenue-generating roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and autonomous environment with a bias for growth and improvement
  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Ability to work at all levels, from being in-the-weeds all the way to presenting to Leadership

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, business development, advertising or other revenue-generating roles
  • Experience selling sponsorships, digital, OOH or other advertising products
  • Existing relationships with advertising agencies
  • Experience with marketing partnerships, brand sponsorships, and other revenue-driving initiatives
  • Familiarity with the inflight media and technology ecosystem

Your New Role.
