About StemWave

StemWave is a fast-growing medical technology company on a mission to redefine non-invasive pain and tissue care in America. We manufacture and distribute regenerative devices used by over 700 clinics nationwide, with a presence in nearly every state.

Our flagship technology, Modus-F, is a Class I therapeutic device rooted in cellular response science, stimulating deep tissue and activating biological signaling pathways to address minor aches and pains. StemWave is trusted by elite clinics, forward-thinking medical providers, and performance specialists alike.

Weve been named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies two years in a row, and were building the leading brand in regenerative medicine. This role is central to that vision.

About the Position

Were hiring a Director of Strategic Growth to lead one of the company's most important verticals.

This is not a traditional business development role; this is about high-level access, long-term positioning, and world-class relationship building. Youll spearhead our entry into new medical communities, close multi-million-dollar enterprise deals, and align StemWave with the most credible, visible, and respected voices and institutions in healthcare.

Youll work directly with our CEO and leadership team, with the autonomy and resources to build a high-leverage function from the ground up.

What Youll Do:

Key Areas of Impact

Events & Industry Access

Ensure StemWave shows up in the right rooms with presence. Youll secure keynote slots, panel invites, and sponsorship opportunities that build reputation and trust. Youll work with our internal team to execute, but youll own the strategy and relationships.

Institutional Partnerships & Academic Credibility

Establish and deepen relationships with chiropractic schools, medical institutions, research bodies, and professional sports teams. This includes device placements, clinical collaborations, and institutional endorsements that elevate StemWaves brand and trust profile.

Open doors into large, multi-location organizations such as franchises, clinic groups, and national health brands. Youll identify, nurture, and help close seven-figure enterprise deals in partnership with our sales leadership.

KOLs, Referrers, & Influencers

Recruit and manage a tight group of industry influencers, educators, and referring clinicians. Youll design compliant incentives, deepen relationships, and turn advocates into long-term partners who drive visibility and revenue.

Success Metrics (After 36 Month Ramp)

  • 1+ speaking or event feature(s) secured monthly
  • 35 influencer- or KOL-driven referrals per month
  • 23 enterprise/franchise deals progressed per quarter, with at least one closing every 46 months

What Were Looking For:

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 715 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
  • Know the landscape of medical devices, sports performance, functional or regenerative medicine
  • Can walk into a room of executives, clinicians, or academics and own the conversation
  • Have closed complex deals and understand how access, politics, and timing influence outcomes
  • Are energized by building something new, where relationships compound into long-term wins

Why Join Us:

Our biggest bottleneck isnt product, its access. Weve built something truly valuable, but the next stage of growth depends on getting StemWave in front of the right people, in the right way, at the right time.

This is your chance to become the connective tissue between our brand and the worlds most respected institutions and medical leaders. If you're elite at building trust, navigating influence, and closing the right doors, this is the role you've been waiting for.

At StemWave, we're not just building devices, we're building a movement. Join us and be a key contributor to our growth and success.
