About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships Assistant to join our dynamic team in the FinTech industry and the greater business ecosystem. This is not a junior or admin role. You'll own the full lifecycle, from identifying and engaging partners to onboarding, performance tracking, and growth optimization.
You are someone who has existing relationships, can identify and approach new partners, and, importantly, integrate them into our ecosystem.
You will play a central role in shaping Bizmoni's partnership strategy, identifying collaboration opportunities, negotiating agreements, and aligning efforts with core business goals. What You'll Do:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact affiliate and strategic growth partners
- Launch and manage scalable affiliate programs and partnership funnels
- Develop creative outreach and value propositions to attract mission-aligned collaborators
- Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership strategies
- Monitor partner performance and propose data-driven improvements
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities
- 2+ years in partnerships, affiliate management, or business development (startup or FinTech preferred)
- Experience building and scaling partnerships from scratch
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset you know how to deliver without micromanagement
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and the ability to turn market data into strategic plans
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus)

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships while maintaining and expanding existing relationships
• Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that align with both partner and association objectives
• Create compelling partnership proposals and manage contract negotiations
• Manage grant documentation and applications relevant to partnerships
• Establish and track partnership deliverables, ensuring delivery of promised benefits and showing ROI

Main Purpose

Responsibilities & Duties
- Take ownership of communication with integral agency partners, answering queries, issue management and dispute resolution, ensuring supply relationships run smoothly and executing strategy.
- Work collaboratively with the Partnerships Development Manager to close new agency relationships, picking up once handed over at appropriate stages in the cycle and maintaining involvement to ensure agency engagement during handover.
- Onboarding new agencies following onboarding processes and adhering to timelines, including: contract management, portal training, client briefings, collating compliance documentation, coverage mapping, and ensuring onboarding documentation including rate cards, training material and client briefings are regularly updated.
- Establish rapport and build relationships with agency partners to monitor and maximise engagement, compliance and adherence to processes.
- Develop open and honest strong relationships with agency partners that encourages trust and transparency, with diarised regular communication with integral agency partners, ensuring ongoing dialogue.
- Holding agencies accountable for performance levels, proactively monitoring agency partner performance using Agency and Client dashboards regularly on Tableau, identifying and addressing issues with fulfillment and demand, escalating where necessary both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating, implementing and refining new processes to enable agency supply on new accounts.
- Create and deliver training presentations for agency suppliers. Effectively communicating demand, briefing new and existing agencies on projects and upcoming client requirements.
- Interim escalation point both internally and externally, take an impartial view and reach a fair conclusion when there is a dispute or misunderstanding by effectively liaising with the client and internal departments to resolve the situation, escalating and seeking advice where appropriate and necessary.
- Reviewing and analyzing agency feedback and issue log, identifying areas for improvement within our service, escalating any issues to relevant areas of the business and presenting solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities through a mix of professional networking methods.
- Build a strong pipeline of fully qualified opportunities within the desired client market.
- Proactively source your own new business partnerships.
- Work with mid-market and marketing as appropriate to promote and convert the sales pipeline.
