Responsibilities
- Deliver parts to technicians in a prompt, efficient manner
- Pick and pull all requested parts accurately and dispatch parts to technicians.
- Upon delivery of parts to the work stall, pick up and log any return warranty parts and return them to the parts department
- Ensure that all areas of the parts department are fully stocked
- Ensure cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of trash, used boxes and packing material
- Adhere to the manufacturer's warranty policies regarding retaining parts and documentation used to complete warranty repairs

Job DescriptionSummary of Position:
Under the supervision of the Purchasing and Inventory Manager, the Parts Runner performs part pickups and deliveries to the warehouses, shops and ranches as needed. The schedule for this position is Monday – Saturday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM with the potential for overtime. A valid California Driver’s license with acceptable record is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform safe part pickups and deliveries.
- Keep warehouse and shop up to date on delivery schedule.
- Maintain delivery van clean and operable.
- Delivers intercompany mail between Wonderful Orchards ranch offices and main office.
- Represents Wonderful Orchards with a positive friendly demeanor.
- Makes miscellaneous purchases with petty cash or company assigned credit card then submits this to the department manager in a timely manner.
- Verifies products received are accurate on the accompanying packing list.
- Manages daily schedule to ensure timely return to Wonderful Orchards facilities.
- Adheres to safety and operational procedures.
- Follows all traffic laws.
- All other duties as assigned.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
I. JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of this role is to build and maintain trusting and satisfying
relationships with customers and vendors through providing timely, dependable and
courteous customer service while picking up and delivering parts in an assigned
territory.
II. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Pick up and deliver merchandise to/from customers and vendors.
2. Assist shipping and receiving by checking and stocking parts and assisting with
inventory counts
3. Keep vehicle clean and presentable and conduct daily vehicle inspections to
ensure safe operations
4. Present a professional and dependable image for the team.
5. Seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience by sharing customer
