JOB SUMMARY

Directs the operations, analysis, strategic planning and budget allocations, facilitation of hospital-wide mission integration strategy ensuring that best practices are present in each facet of the following areas; Community Benefit, Chaplains, Physician Engagement, Communities of faith outreach, Creation Health. Faithful work in these areas will place AH North Pinellas at the fore of quality and mission vibrancy and ensure that AdventHealth corporate accountabilities are met each year. Exhibits initiative, creativity and sound judgment in delegating responsibility, systemizing procedures, interpreting policies, planning for new services and analyzing activities and relationships with people.
