We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Counsel to join our in-house legal team. Key Responsibilities

Role Purpose:
The Counsel, Intellectual Property role will be responsible for intellectual property questions arising from the production of content or creation of brands within NBCUniversal businesses.
Responsibilities:
+ Counsel and collaborate with senior creative, business and legal executives and cross-functional teams on trademark, copyright, domain name and related IP matters, including innovative products and services, global brand launches, theme park attractions and television productions
+ Responsible for clearance of titles, brand names, logos, designs and other assets for client businesses and strategic initiatives

The Intellectual Property Counsel position is responsible for protecting SCIEX's innovations by procuring and managing intellectual property rights of SCIEX and managing freedom to operate thereof.
