- Answer phones in a pleasant manner, deal with patient needs expeditiously, screen or forward calls, take messages and enter them into the patient EHR for the nurse or provider, provide information or schedule appointments.
- Greet persons entering establishment in polite, prompt and helpful manner, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
