Responsibilities IDEMIA is looking for a passionate Solution Architect to join our Digital Payment Customer Solution Management team to support digital payment solutions-related activities. The candidate will have the following major responsibilities: Participate and actively work to communicate and assist in selling IDEMIA’s digital payment products. Act as IDEMIA solutions management subject matter expert to support functional scoping exercises. Analyze industry trends and convert them into business requirements in coordination with the product management. The candidate should be a fast learner with initiative and a can-do attitude. They will work with remote team members in different time zones to provide solution design support for existing and new customers. The position requires a strong technical background and experience in functional solution design, customer technical/communications management, and collaboration with transversal teams. Candidates from the payment industry (financial technologies software vendor, payment processor, and card network) with digital payments knowledge of the following technologies: EMV, NFC, Tokenization, 3D-Secure standards, E-commerce, Soft PoS, Card Management Systems (CMS) would be a key asset. Qualifications EDUCATION Master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. WORK EXPERIENCE 5+ years in solution management and design, with client-facing and/or product management experience. Experience in relevant industries such as fintech, payment software, or issuer processing. Curiosity and ability to meet goals/deadlines independently. **Job Description**
The Payment Solutions Market Manger is an individual contributor sales position. This role is responsible for business development and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking segment defined as companies with less than $2.5MM in revenue. A successful Payment Solutions Market Manager will work to develop a pipeline of opportunities through various ways including self-sourced prospecting and partnering with Business Banking Specialists and Branch colleagues. This position will focus sales efforts in the small business environment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Our Treasury & Payment Solutions - Treasury Portfolio Manager achieves sales and other targets established by business plans. Continuously assesses and improves the work processes for sales and service management, risk management and compliance within prescribed limits to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls, maximizing business success. Influences the strategic direction of the line of business assisting with the development, prioritization and implementation of business, technology, sales and service, channel optimization and enhanced customer experience.
+ Provides support for sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information.
+ Develops an effective external network to support the identification of new and increased investment/lending business opportunities.
+ Retains and expands existing relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives.
+ Establishes and enhances the Bank's brand by participating in meaningful and focused business and community.
+ Participates in industry forums and conferences to keep apprised of all industry trends, competitive insights, products and services.

+ Provides assistance to the team in pre-sales such as pitch preparation and client research and preparation of prospect and client files for action by the Sales Professional Planning.
+ Tracks implementation requests to keep the process on track with timelines, ensures accurate billing to clients.
+ Tracks Internal reports and recommends improvements to sales support materials based on findings and feedback.
+ Compiles pre-call and post call information packages by accessing internal systems and bank personnel to validate client holdings, pricing, and volumes.
+ Provides research and data gathering to sales team to facilitate solution to the client's/prospect's business and needs.
+ Assists with sales and service administration and processing ensuring client experience is seamless and opportunities are identified and met.
+ Maintains current client information on Bank system/files to ensure client history is accurate and complete.
+ Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
+ Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
+ Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
+ Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. **Qualifications:**
